We had a wonderful stay at Balcon de Córdoba, a small boutique hotel. Our room was large and quiet (we were nervous it would be noisy because it's on the ground floor, but we never heard a peep), and the bed was comfortable. The hotel patio was beautiful with flowers, a fountain and other unique decor, and the restaurant where...

This was a wonderful hotel with a very local flavor for our two night stay in Cordoba. It is in a great location--very close (walking distance) to shopping, restaurants, and the Mezquita. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the patio was exquisite. We ate breakfast (which was included, and very delicious) on the patio,...

Fantastic hotel, impeccable service by manager and staff (with friendly smile too). The house belonged to Rafael Bernier Soldevilla, who made an amazing job at improving and decorating it. The terrace and restaurant food and service are great, and the view from above is exceptional. Please do follow the hotel directions for their own valet parking lest you get stuck...

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of the Old Town of Córdoba. Minutes stroll away from the La Mezquita. Don't miss evening drinks on the hotel roof top terrace. We had a bedroom with a roof top terrace which had a wonderful view and a day bed. Many thanks to the helpful staff. Will definitely highly recommend the hotel if...

Being greeted by the charming smile of the hotel's service attendant by the Mosque Cathedral set the tone for my stay at the Hotel Balcon de Cordoba. She showed me the hotel only 100 meters away and like Tinker Bell she whisked the car away and magically made it appear upon my departure. At the front desk of the small...

This is pretty high end accommodation, but worth it for the location and quality of accommodation and service. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was excellent, and the accommodation was first class. The only slight downside was a lack of hot water on the Sunday evening and Monday morning when we stayed due to plumbing difficulties; although the staff...

Given the challenge of matching the requirements of a hotel ( space!) with those of the available real estate, this hotel has created a very pleasant and attractive place as a base for exploring this city. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms neat and tidy albeit a bit restricted in size for the reasons mentioned above.

This is a magnificent small hotel which, except for the Mezquita, was the highlight of our stay in Cordoba. We had an amazing suite which was an architectural work of art. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and the view , especially at night, was spectacular.

Staff is very friendly and does their utmost. Breakfast is really good, all kind of extra's are included. We had a very spacious room, which was very nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, and lots of natural light. There is a small courtyard which is beautiful, and a roof terrace with amazing views. The hotel is in the midst of the...

My wife & I stayed at Balcon de Cordoba for one night on my birthday during our Honeymoon trip through Andalucia this March. We arrived on an early morning train from Madrid so our room was not ready which was understandable. The staff checked us in, secured our bags and offered several suggestions for lunch and dinner followed by a...
