The main positive here is the price - it will be the cheapest private room you'll find anywhere near the city, and the location, whilst not central, is still good. There are regular buses that reach the city in ten minutes, but the hostel is another ten minutes walk up a steep hill from the bus stop, so depending on...

I stayed here for two weeks back in November 2013. It's a nice little place to stay in, bit of a walk to the nearest bus station, but I enjoyed the walk, it's in a peaceful area and I got pretty fit from all the walking haha, the room was pretty basic but also nice

Thankfully upon arrival here I had the use of a car, because there are no train, tram or bus stops near the hostel, which is situated on the edge of town and surrounded by countryside. The hostel appears to be in an old communist building from GDR times, and as such expect long echoey corridors and bare concrete tiles on...

stayed here for two weeks, it was quiet but had a long walk form the nearest bus stop, food is good, beds are not the comfiest. if you are staying for less than two weeks I think it would be nice make sure you have good German as the staff only speak it
