The hotel is fine. Don't expect anything outstanding. Rooms are tired looking and need updating. There aren't many choices in Lutherstadt, so this is probably the best one. Dinner was fine. Breakfast average.

We attended here for a conference on the Reformation...it was the perfect venue. Even if you have no interest in Martin Luther (then why are you in Wittenberg?!) you will love this hotel. Clean, great service, central and excellent food....what is there not to like....More

Not sure about laundry, but there is a mall with shops and a grocery store near the hotel.
