Welcome to our new InterCityHotel Leipzig. Located at the main station and near the city centre, a hotel radiating comfort and flair awaits you as our guest. Many of the sights of interest of Leipzig, such as the old town hall, the St. Nicholas Church, the opera house or the Gewandhaus, Leipzig's concert hall, can be reached easily on foot or by tram. The Leipzig Trade Fair grounds as well as the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) and the Leipzig/Halle Airport can be reached comfortably and quickly by local public transport. The 166 tastefully furnished rooms offer, in addition to SAT-TV and WiFi, an ideal "atmosphere of wellness" best to relax after a strenuous appointment or an exciting sightseeing tour. There are 3 modern rooms for conferences and events at the guest's disposal. And, quite naturally, all of the rooms are air-conditioned and have daylight illumination. For all InterCityHotels concerned the usage of the WLAN is free of charge.

Visited Christmas markets and stayed one night. Arrived early and was given an upgraded room on the 6th floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and after about 10pm could no longer hear street noise. Next morning went to breakfast buffet. Enough variety of selection for me, the coffee was good, and plenty of seating at 7:00am. Both check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Leipzig.

A few weeks ago, I was invited by Leipzig Tourism to spend 2 nights at the IntercityHotel Leipzig. The hotel is excellent! All of the publicly accessible rooms are very well-kept and bright, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.
My room on the 3rd floor faced a side street and was accordingly quiet. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and there was a minibar (you can fill it yourself) and a safe in the room. The bathroom with shower was large and also very well-kept. I think it's great that you can skip the room cleaning and instead get a 5 euro voucher that you can use to buy something from the drinks machine at reception or in the bar or to offset the value.
The breakfast was also very good, there was always enough space and it was constantly being refilled. The coffee from the machine is very good.

We were in Leipzig for a short vacation (3 days at the Christmas market) and decided on the Intercity Hotel The location is great, only about 300 m from the main train station and easily accessible on foot from there, as well as short distances to the center, market, St. Nicholas' and St. Thomas's Church and public transport at the main train station (Goerdeler-Ring (Blechbüchse) stop is closer to the hotel) Super friendly staff and a nice bar with courteous waiters. Clean rooms with good beds. Good breakfast with a large selection of food.
Our room on the 5th floor was nice and had a minibar, safe and air conditioning Check-in (and other questions) was very good thanks to the competent reception. It was also very good that you get 5 euros if you skip the daily cleaning. As a member of the H-Reward you get a public transport ticket Unfortunately, parking was only possible on the street, as the hotel only has a few parking spaces. (19.00 euros)

Rooms could be checked into at 12.30 p.m. Double pillows were already in the room. Due to a train strike, we had to travel by car. The hotel's own parking space was reserved without any problems the evening before arrival. Super friendly reception and handling throughout the weekend until checkout. The service at the breakfast buffet was also top notch. The included tickets for buses and trains in Leipzig were particularly pleasant, the option to cool drinks in the room and checkout only at 12 p.m. This meant that a relaxed breakfast was possible on Sunday until 11 a.m. The only downside was the very excessive prices at the drinks machine opposite reception and only a 5 euro voucher for skipping room service. Last year there was still one free drink per person and room. At the moment, with a price of 4.50 euros for Radeberger Pils 0.33 l, for example, this means the "reward" is almost halved.

We had a BusinessPlus room for the book fair at the rate for pensioners and were very happy with it. It was quietly located facing the inner courtyard, was sufficiently large and was looked after daily and provided with fresh towels. There was free mineral water on the first day. WiFi, heating, TV and air conditioning worked. The bathroom radiator, which initially didn't get warm, worked perfectly shortly after we spoke to reception - we've experienced it differently! The breakfast buffet was not luxurious, but rich, including gluten-free rolls, and was regularly replenished - even shortly before it closed. The short distance to the main train station is another plus, especially when public transport is on strike! Gladly again at any time!

We were in Leipzig for a short break and chose the IntercityHotel. The location is very central.
The room was nice. It faced the main road, so you couldn't leave the window open at night because of the noise. However, you have the advantage of a central location and you can use the air conditioning in the room to cool down. The room had a minibar, which I was very happy about. Unfortunately, this is no longer the standard in all Intercityhotels.
We skipped breakfast at the hotel because the price was too expensive for us.
An elevator was out of service for a short time on Sunday, but the problem was fixed promptly. Really great!
The staff were very friendly. Ms. Georgi was particularly accommodating at check-out when we had to leave in a hurry due to a family emergency.

The hotel is centrally located to everything, including the train station. Ideal for meeting there.
It is very clean and the "small stock exchange" event room was really very suitable for our family reunion. The technology was perfect for the slide show. The chairs are very comfortable even for older people. With the skylight, which illuminates the room with daylight, there is a very pleasant atmosphere here.
The waiter was very accommodating when we had to change our plans a little. Thank you very much for that!
We had booked a buffet for the evening. The food was very tasty, there was plenty of everything and it was very well received. The sausage solianka and the beef rolls are really particularly recommended. It's a shame that we should have vacated the dining room at 9 p.m. We were kindly allowed to stay there until 9:30 p.m. After that we (17 people) had to share the lobby with all the other guests.
Luckily we were allowed to use the tables in the breakfast area and push them together.

The breakfast is plentiful! As a club member you get a ticket for public transport! There is a voucher for €5 in the hotel if you forego the daily cleaning service. But be careful: you get this voucher if you stay 2 nights, but even if you stay 4 nights, for example, you only get this voucher for €5 once. It must have been different in the past!

This was our second time in this hotel. Both times as tourists. Again, all the staff were very friendly, attentive and patient. Everyone was able to provide competent and helpful information about sights, restaurants and/or public transport. We had a spacious and beautiful room, very quiet because it faced the inner courtyard (which was what we wanted). Very extensive breakfast buffet. Very good facilities.
