The very good feeling of having arrived at a very well-run hotel begins right at the reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was on 2 levels and had 2 more beds on the upper floor. Very good mattresses, very well furnished room and a very good bathroom with shower. From one of the room windows you can see the allotment gardens next door. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The city center can be reached very quickly by public transport, the tram stop is just a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast selection is very good. This hotel remains on my list of preferences.

I booked this hotel for a large family gathering in Leipzig and it was top notch on every level. The rooms are bright, modern and spacious. The maisonette rooms were perfect for families with two children. The hotel has free parking and a sauna. There is a gym next door, which can be used at a discounted rate. The hotel also has a cozy restaurant, which caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a family event with 30+ people. The hotel staff organised a function room for us and prepared a most amazing buffett, with a large array of delicious hot & cold dishes. The entire staff of this family run was very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Hiemann and would definitely stay there again during my next Leipzig visit

Located approx. 7kms from the centre which can be reached by tram (stop 300m) for €2.50 in 12 minutes. Hotel is clean, modern and family run with a good breakfast offering and large free car park. Rooms do not have air conditioning - it was 34c when we arrived in early September - so not as comfortable as it could be in very hot weather.
Restaurant with outside terrace and garden tables offering exceptional value good sized meals.

Room was really nice - comfortable bed, you was able to normally exist in bathroom without claustrophobia, room was unbelievably quiet (I had windows looking to garden colony, so I heard only birds). Breakfast was delicious with wide range of choice. Staff always smiling and kind. Free wifi quality was also good. Reasonable price. Parking without problems and free.
The only thing is that this hotel is around 30 minutes from city centre if you use public transportation. That can be for some people too long (7min to tram station, 15 min to Sbahn station on foot)

This is a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet part of the city. The bus and train stations are a short walk away. Front desk staff are helpful, but do not speak English. Restaurant in the hotel offers a nice breakfast. Our meal at dinner was quite good.

The hotel was very small but sooo cozy. No A/C in the rooms though. Bathroom is really small. It's not very close to the city but the station is very close by (5 min tops walking). Aside from that its very cozy and clean. Restaurant food is great.

The rooms are wonderful and service is nice, as well. Not a vast food variety in breakfast buffet, but it was nice though.
Regarding the loaction, there is not much to do around the Hotel, although there is a close public transport station.

We booked it due its proximity to the highway. It is also close to the Messe area, but pretty far from downtown. Free paking. Polite and friendly reception, some staff with not so good English. Our maisonette room was great. Free wifi. Nice hotel, I would use it again.

A beautiful place to stay and the services are excellent . i enjoyed myself while in this hotel. The hotel is very neat and the environment itself is very friendly. You can always get a taxi to move around with the assistance of the hotel attendants .
