Fab place to stay, close to everything in the city. Special thanks to Eleila the night receptionist for being so nice and helpful. The room is quite spacious and the shower is actually not only spacious too but the whole place is sparkling clean.

This is a new hotel across from the train station. The hotel has very limited parking, but it’s easy enough to park at the station and then use public transport while in town.
We specifically chose this hotel because we wanted AC during a heatwave. The unit wasn’t the strongest ever but did it’s job. I wish the hotel would also provide summer duvets because we still roasted at night from the bedding.
Our room had a queen bed and pullout couch. The room size is probably fine if the pullout isn’t being used, but it was very hard to get between the pullout and wall while in use. There was also only room for one small suitcase. If we’d been there more than a night, we probably would’ve had our son sleep on the folded up couch (which might’ve been more comfortable anyway) to give us more space.
Breakfast wasn’t fancy but was pretty good and diverse for HIE.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel meets all the standards of the Holiday Inn chain, conveniently located for short visits to the city. The room is not big but comfortable enough. We liked breakfast, delicious coffee, croissants, cold cuts of meat and cheese, small chocolates in the form of Santa Clauses on the occasion of Christmas. We did not use parking.

The hotel is immediately opposite the main Leipzig station (though do check which exit you need), and so is ideal for leaving bags.
We arrived at about noon and was surprised to be able to check in straight away. I had been a bit worried about the road noise, but I had asked for a quiet room, and that is what we got Our room was on the top floor and at the back of the hotel. Bliss!!
The room itself was good, and everything was there. Good bathroom too.
The included breakfast was great and varied, though it was very crowded. Breakfast only finished at 11am!
On check in we asked about various ways to get into town, and were delighted when we were told that it was quicker to walk than take a tram. She was right too. It was less that 10 mins into the main square.
A well recommended hhotel

We stayed at the hotel, and this hotel is very good! The inner city is nearby and the central station is 100 meters away. For a city visit this is an excellent location. And also the staff is very friendly!

Perfect hotel next to the station, close to the centre, ideal when arriving late by train. The room had a perfect size and a couch. Although new the couch was pretty sagged though. The bed's mattress and pillow were perfect giving a good night.
A minor issue was the breakfast, this could be improved.

Brand new hotel, with beautiful rooms. Nice bathroom and good facilities.
Location next to central station and just a 15 minute walk from the old townhall in the city center.
Breakfast was included but very poor, for example no warm buffet like scrambled eggs. Good price / quality value. I can recommend this hotel.

Parked in the hotel underground car park - a bit narrow for a larger car.
Check-in was swift and efficient, including recognising my IHG Reward membership.
The hotel really is very new - mid June 2019. The rooms were modern spotless and have all the usual HIX traits, including these irritating soaps on a bottle on the wall. Water took a while to come as the hotel was very quiet and towels were slightly too small.
The air conditioning even at full blast on its coldest setting was completely inadequate, which meant I had to open the 'V when open' shaped window to cool the room down. Fortunately being at the back the noise was not too bad.
Plenty of TV channels, quick wi-fi and USB charging points plus very good lighting in the room. No desk but a small table to work from. Fast lift and the best and brightest lighting in the corridor I have ever seen.
Breakfast was adequate typical HIX.
Overall very good for a one or two night stay.

This is a new hotel, rooms were very clean if slightly small. They are really meant for one or two night stays we were there for 5 nights and had quite bit of luggage as we were travelling around Germany, unfortunately there is not much room to put clothes ,bags etc, we had to put empty bags in our car. Parking is very limited, when we arrived somewhat late due road closures around hotel which made it difficult to find, we were told there was no parking but when the reception staff realised we were Gold members we were told we could use one of the disabled bays. The bays are set out quite tightly and if people park in unmarked areas it makes it very difficult for others to get out. There is a car park at the side and a lot of people seemed to use that. Breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly. This hotel is very close to trains and trams and many restaurants are within walking distance.
