I know the newest LOGINN hotel in Berlin from several stays. So it's easy to find your way around. Parking in front of the hotel costs €6, but if that's too much for you, you'll get a free ticket to exit the hotel for wild parking. The rooms offer everything you'd expect for the moderate prices. Everything is clean and well-maintained. There's even a small fitness room. For me, it's a recommendation in this market segment.

Nice hotel. Located in a commercial area. Quiet rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. Train station can be reached by car in 2 minutes, there are plenty of free parking spaces. From there it takes about 10 minutes by regional train to get to Leipzig city center.

Stayed here on the way from southern Germany to the Baltic Sea. Great location close to the Autobahn, breakfast for any dietary needs, friendly bartenders, nice rooms. Not a good location for strolling around the neighborhood and getting a bite to eat, but if you're there for the Messe or want to be close to the Autobahn or airport, it's great. 15 minute drive into the city. Not really that great for an extended stay (no dresser or closet), but awesome for a quick overnighter. Will return.

I stayed 4 nights while attending the Chaos Communication Congress 2018 (35C3 for insiders) in the last week of December 2018. For this purpose, the location is very convenient at 15 minutes on foot from Messe Halle and Congress Center. For any other purpose, the distance to the city center and its many sightseeing objects makes it less attractive (12 tram stops to city).
What impressed me the most was the breakfast ad 10 euro, that nevertheless offered much more assortment and quality than I’ve seen with hotels that ask fancy prices around 25 euro for something that is worth much less. Ample stock of everything, and replenished frequently when needed.
What impressed me not so much was the small size of the room and the smallish work desk, both not worth the around 200 euro per night I paid. I was lucky to be a solo traveler, as there was not even a second chair to sit on. The rooms were sound-proof, though, as I heard no noise from corridor nor from neighboring rooms.
Finally, not the end of the world yet very inconvenient nevertheless, was the need to provide a user-id for the WiFi several times a day. Unnecessary and cumbersome, especially when owning more than one WiFi-capable device (I had three).

Let's start with the positive: The hotel is super close to the Messe, modern, and the staff is friendly. Except for the aircon the sound insulation is good which would make for a quiet room.
The negative: The ventilation / air condition varies between very noisy and extremely noisy and can't be fully turned off. So sleeping without earplugs is totally impossible.
The courtyard features floodlight right into the rooms all night. The thick curtains don't manage to keep the light out at all. So the room is brightly lit all night and the light pollution is extreme.
Seriously, why do you hate your guests and try hard to not have them sleep?
The value for the price is totally out of hand. > 200 per night for that hotel is just totally unreasonable.
If it wasn't for the proximity to the Messe, I would not see any good reason to stay there.

Rooms are modern, don't expect any storage space. Air-conditioning was noon existent. Always to hot in our rooms. Staff was friendly. The hotel is on the outskirts of Leipzig near a outlet mall. We drove to the city and parked for five Euros a day at the train station. The breakfast is good but for dinner I would go somewhere else. Waiters were not interested and food was not very tasty and dry. To much salt and have prices. And no normal soft drinks. Only fritz drinks.

Three nights for a business convention in the nearby Congress Center Leipzig, with nice weather in 15 minutes walking distance. The Hotel is well located in a shopping Center area, but outside the city, a suburb of Airport, Shopping Center and Convention Ground.
For a quick fast food or easy food stop simple to reach also for all kind of shopping! The check-in was friendly even not with all attention, but the service people do all kinds of jobs in the Hotel, so multi tasking is key. Rooms are very simple, even more, no curtain just the shades, which leaves you to go either naked at light, or dressed at daylight but no other way to have privacy. Also no closet to hang Shirts, Suits or lay T-shirts and pants, yes there are a hook and a shelve but no closet! WiFi is working well, the bed was good, the shower and toilet simple but working, with all towel service needed. Breakfast was very good, also simple but with a lot of love and effort to make it rich and valuable for almost all - do not expect fresh eggs your style only one style mass product! If you prefer to sleep at an open window change the room to the inside, the worst room was to the Highway and the Aircraft runway, when they start the departure. Okay for a cheap night when you have to visit the CCL, but otherwise maybe not my first choice, sorry.
