Great location, about a ten-minute ride on the Strassenbahn to the city center, and in the middle of the happening Auessere Neustadt. Staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast has an amazing assortment of offerings. Very good value.

Great location not very far from the tram station. The rooms are spacious, we booked a double room but we were given an apartment which I think was great, with a kitchen and lounge. The breakfast was okay, and we liked the fact that you could have tea or coffee with cookies throughout the day at the foyer free of...

Since we went during Weihnachsmarkt, great location close enough to walk to most of all the Dresden Christmas markets. Wonderful breakfast included with our room plus the spa was good after all the walking we did. Good customer service, helpful staff (had decent local map of Dresden attractions) and answered our questions well and patiently - meaning staff was willing...

I have already been in Dresden once and I wanted to come back to discover the other parts of this city. That is why I have booked this hotel via HRS Portal. This hotel is located in the new part of the city, where normally the students live. That is why I can say that the location is not the...

Located in the Neustadt area, this property is close to a tram stop, the Albertplatz and a famous dairy shop (Pfunds Molkerei). The staff is helpful and the hotel facilities are very nice, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The room is cozy and clean, with all the basic amenities (including Swiss chocolates on the pillows). The...

An old traditional hotel in a run down area of the new city. The walk into town was pleasant across the bridge.Terrific spa, adequate plus breakfast, wonderful treats always available in the lobby, mixed experience with staff.

Although a little worn, the hotel was nice, with lots of little local shops around, and quick access to the tram. We spent most of our time in the Altmarkt Christmas Market, so we didn't investigate this side of the river much, other than visiting the nearby Martin Luther church, and the Pfunds Molkerei (a famous milk store). Our room...

Nice quiet and spacious room in the back yard, excellent pool and sauna and best of all: The breakfast!!! Forget about dinner, save the appetite for this breakfast! Free public car park available in short walking distance. Absolutely a good recommendation for both, those who want to drink through the night in the Neustandt and those who want to sightsee!

Large and comfortable room with view on a courtyard. Pool and steam rooms very nice. Huge breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Outside streets look sketchy, but not really a problem at all.

The Neustadt area of Dresden is over-run with graffiti and looks a bit intimidating when you first arrive. The Hotel Rothenberger Hof is in the Neustadt, but a 15 minute walk to the Altstadt and right on the #13 trolley line. We loved the apartment, the pool is fantastic and the innards of the hotel are actually quite quiet and...
