Booked this via Expedia as a secret hotel. It was quite far from the centre, maybe 20 minutes by tram and the tram stop nearby was undergoing engineering works whilst we were there which was annoying, but obviously not the hotels fault. The hotel, has others have said, lacks any atmosphere and is not suited to tourists, probably more business...

Dear natnatnat, Thank you for your elaborate feedback and your stay with us. It is a pity that you did not feel comfortable in our hotel and were not satisfied with the service at all. We usually guarantee brilliant service when corncerning about public transport and local maps - we have all information guests need well prepared to hand it...

I was there with my girlfriend for a night room nice but I just want to complain about 18 euro car parking it is expensive as I said we stay a night like maximum 10 hours in the hotel only for sleeping that's why can't say something more but the city is very nice Düsseldorf

Dear Sezgin c, Thank you for your stay with us and your short feedback. The price for our parking is proper in comparison with other local garages, some free parking places are in front of the hotel, but they are very eligible and often occupied. Kind Regards

Recently stayed at this Innside (not the Seestern one) while in Dusseldorf for a few days. This is a great hotel in terms of location and quality. The hotel is clean and elegant. The rooms are very functional -- perhaps lacking atmosphere but generous and spacious. Good coffee and simple breakfasts in the morning.

Having stayed for 5 nights in October 2014 I can only say that this hotel is a very modern hotel - maybe lacking atmosphere one finds in older hotels. The room was a standard room and it is large with a futuristic bathroom integrated in the room. Wifi is, like on most hotels, only of fair quality and not very...

The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice design. Huge windows. (some reviews say the hotel has 16 floors. they're confusing it with another hotel. the hotel only has 5 floors.) It says free wifi, but don' count on the wifi. It's terrible. You get disconnected all the time, and when it works it's very slow. Asked the hotel about it,...

Really nice, clean, modern hotel, room was great, price fair for quality, and the Sky Bar on floor 16 for breakfast / drinks, had a great view and lovely food. All in all good value for money, would happily return and would look out for other Melia hotels.

If you need a bed, breakfast and a cold drink then ok. But until you stay here you will realise that we do require so much more even if for 1 night. Some staff training in hospitality would be recommended, but I can't help but feel the staff attitude is a reflection of their work environment.

Very modern, designer hotel, with comfortable bed and good shower, great views from the restaurant (on the 16th floor BTW), with good healthy breakfast.....let down by a useless gym and the lifts, which service offices as well as 16 floors of hotel, and take 10mins to come in the mornings. The checkin was a shambles, as they could not find...
