The "hotel' opens up only at 3pm. If you arrive before, nobody is there to open the door, so that you can leave luggage with the concierge. To come to the next point, there is no hotel staff, there is a pub on the lower ground and then hand over the keys, but they don't provide

there is no reception We had to wait until 10h30 when the restaurant opened before we could leave our luggage inside It was terribly cold and had to freeze outside and went home with bronchitis! Overall hotels are a rip off - If you stay for one day you have to pay for 2 days
