Perfect service! Cozy hotel, ample and clean rooms. Amazing location and communication. Everything who you need is in the room. Bathroom very small. In pleasant service. Amazed that guests are treated to fresh fruit. In the morning, hotel guests are treated to free coffee. Its very very nice hotel! I recommend! The hotel realy more than four stars.

Very nice and convenient hotel. I really liked that the rooms are not covered with carpet and have a high ceiling. The hotel is in walking distance to city centre but there are night clubs etc near so it may be a bit noisy at weekends. They have a car park also.

I had a one night stay is this hotel. Far too expensive for what they offer. Art is just about cheap photo frames in the staircase. Wifi connection a disaster when the hotel is fully booked. That was my case. Location is ok that might be the only advantage of this hotel. Rooms are very basic. In a word if...

Stayed here for 10 nights on the 5th floor for a business trip. Located within a 10 minute walk of all the shops and restaurants you're likely to want to go to. The Thai restaurant underneath the hotel I dined in twice and was excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The cleaners are able to clean the room past...

Burns Art is a lovely hotel, located conveniently to transportation and attractions. It has a welcoming, quaint lobby/bar area and delicious breakfast. If you book a room, request the backside of the hotel. The front of the hotel faces a street lined with bars/night clubs, which is way too noisy -- even on a weeknight.

This hotel has an excellent location, walking distance from transportation and main attractions. Very clean, tiny elevator just you and a luggage. Extremely uncomfortable at night no air-conditioning you have to open the windows to get some fresh air but when you do this all the noise from the street is a bit overwhelming, specially police or ambulance every 30...

The Burns Art Hotel in Dusseldorf is wonderful. I know, I tend to say that a lot about the hotels I stay in, but it’s true. I wanted something small and unobtrusive. Nothing flashy, certainly nothing corporate, and while I’ve often criticised ‘boutique’ hotels for being, well, a little contrived, I’ve decided that small hotels – as opposed to big...

I have traveled and lived in Europe, and by EU standards, I like this hotel quite a lot. The staff was courteous and helpful, customer service level excellent for EU and on par with other regions. Rooms were clean, upscale, EU style of bedding (which I like), closets, and decor (which is fine with me). Also, they had free wifi,...

The four stars rank is indeed deceiving; the reception staff was rude didn't let me check in before 15:00 despite the fact I stay for three days. The facilities are bad too. The cleaners and her stuff are lied everywhere even occupies the common spaces. One of the worst hotels I stayed.

A very comfortable and well appointed hotel in the middle of Düsseldorf. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide selection of fresh foods. Bedrooms well appointed although a bit cold on the tiled floors in November. Would definitely stay again.
