The location near Königsstr. is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are terrible. The bed was ok, but the rest was a true nightmare. Curtains and chairs were worn down with large black stains. The bathroom was unfit for use with old schampoo bottles from previous guest. The shower handle was broken and several floor tiles also...

There is bad hygiene in the hotel, with and there is plenty of mold the bathroom. Dangerously open electrical socket in the room. Location of the hotel is good, easy to go to city centre by walk. Easily reachable with public transport.

the staff is the worst I could find . I traveled a lot , but I never found it so bad as here . They have the wrong book , have not been able to help me , they bounced from one person to another . Incompetent . Very Bad.

It's a decent inexpensive clean comfy hotel. Could do with some updating - but the beds are comfy. The showers are really powerful and it's in a quiet side street 2 mins walk from all the public transport. Recommended!

The furniture is quite old and simple....but ok. At least it was clean! Staff at the desk is not the friendliest but also ok. Great location in the centre of Duesseldorf. The price is great compared to other hotels in the area. If you just need a place to stay for 1 or 2 nights and don't want to pay...

The hotel is centrally located in Dusseldorf Mitte with an ideal location near the main railway station and also near the Old Town where all the nightlife is. Also it is right next to the Konigsalle which is a famous shopping street. The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished and the bathroom also is very clean. The hotel provides...

I have been there with my coleague during the trade fair and 550€ for 2 nights is too much. If you wana have shower you need enter in some dark room without light. My idea about luxury hotel is very different. Good is only location.

This hotel obviously saves on staff, it seemed to me like a brother sister, friend constellation, with Aunt or Mother helping out. Long waiting times while they do one thing at a time, no multitasking here. I have to say that they really are nice and try hard, smile a lot and do their best but are obviously not from...

Comforatable and close to the shopping area on Konigsallee and not far from the small entertainment/nightlife area. If you're on a budget and want to stay close to shopping, this is a place you should look into. The staff was great and actually made the differece between good and bad here. Very helpful and friendly and provided great advice. The...

The quality of this hotel is getting worse and worse. In my bedroom, the shower was dirty and you don't have any service (bathtub, hairdryer...) The braid is tiny! The reception was bad. The breackfast is correct but it miss more choices.
