Convenient location right next to main train station, could get to the Altstadt and River area with a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi. Clean and comfortable rooms, bathrooms are a bit tight. Friendly staff and a decent bar.

In train station very good location, easy access from airport, lovely and clean not too far from main shopping area and bars, nice shopping and on the river, lively night life for all lovely views from main strip would go again, must go to cologne to see cathedral.

Completly wrong, impolite management without any professional attitude...better to pay $10 a glass of wine with pleasure anywhere, thant to sleep side of this kind of robots, calling some time 15" to resolve any issue/Accor...a kind of "Welcome" in German!

Location is away from the centre, but only around 7/8 minutes walk to the main train station. Clean hotel, but the rooms are tiny. The bathroom is exceptionally small. We had breakfast booked and paid for, but they told us we had to pay. There was no apology when they realised they were wrong.

It's a two star hotel, what can we say. They offer the minimum necessary but it's a clean and tidy space. The cleaning staff should wear uniform as we never know exactly if they are actually who they state they are. Rooms are tiny, prices are normal for a German town, internet is for free but normal speed. For young...

Quite literally a 2 minute walk when out of the station - head out at the Platform 18 end of station and turn left it is 200 yards down the road. Super efficient check in and room size while small was fine for one, could be tight for 2 for more than a night. Room and shower spotlessly clean. Close...

This is probably the least satisfactory Ibis Hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival I had to wait for so long at the check-in desk, as the receptionist was very slow, could not communicate clearly in English and the whole process took 10 to 15 minutes. The room was very small, with a time bathroom and a small TV...

Even though this is only a two star hotel, it pretty much still serves the purpose and satisfies all your needs. It is small, neat and clean. What else do you need for a quick stay. It is very central, a bed, a shower, a tv, a desk and cupboard. No deluxe, but very practical. Clean and efficient. The breakfast...
