Stayed here on our cycle ride down the Rhine . Its very close to the alstade and Dusseldorf centre . we arrived very wet and asked for extra towels and were given some with no hesitation. Room perhaps a little dated but clean and acceptable . Breakfast good

Hotel was a little overpriced for how plain it was. Not in the best neighborhood. Rooms had no air conditioning so in June it was a little uncomfortable. Beds were firm, as are all European hotel beds. Overall okay visit, but very plain. Nothing to write home about.

Stayed for four nights 16th - 20th December 2015 for the Christmas markets and was very satisfied .The hotel is spotless ,a little basic but very acceptable and situated in a very convenient position in the town.

Check-in kind and fast. Furniture and looks from the outside seem a bit dated. We stayed here for 2 nights during the Christmas markets. The beds were great. We had a room on the backside of the hotel. It was nice and quiet. Our room was clean and tidy.

Our room was comfortable, well done and quiet. The hotel was in a good location between the station and the altstadt with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice staff, good looking breakfast, wide variety of channels and languages on the telly. Good value

The check in ( and indeed check out) process was efficiently dealt with by pleasant members of staff who spoke good English. no problems There at...

This is now the second time that I have been disappointed with a booking made using TripAdvisor's recommendations (the first time was in Montreal). This is supposed to be in the top forty hotels in Düsseldorf - well I'd hate to see the fiftieth! As soon as you open the door to reception, you are struck by the jaded, old-fashioned...

Stayed here the last weekend in June. Had a great welcome off Peter the night concierge who was informative about the area; quickest way to the Alstadt etc. Room was very clean and spacious with a complimentary safe. No air con but we were provided with a powerful desk fan that was more than adequate. Breakfast was mediocre but there's...
