A very warm welcome, upgraded room to a suite , a nice breakfast but a little bit aged. Niko was at its prime many years ago. I like the central location but now there are better places in Dusseldorf. They told me it will change. Let's see. There is nothing to complain about but .....

Utterly disappointed by this hotel. The pictures are nothing like really. The entrance is renovated, but you can already feel how bad it is going to be. On checkin they tell you you can only have one device on internet free and the second one is 9 Euros per day! They you get into the room. Very old outlook, no...

Hotel Nikko is a nice-enough business hotel: clean, business-like rooms, smart TV, good breakfast, nice swimming pool with a great view. The service that we received however was consistently disappointing. We arrived with two children late on a Friday evening. We checked in and went to our room to discover that there were no additional beds for the children in...

We stayed in this hotel with our two young children. Upon arrival we were checked in by a in my opinion not so friendly gentlemen. He said the right things but you could tell by his attitude that he didn't enjoy his work. I asked him at check in if he had a baby bed available for my baby. (It...

We enjoyed our stay in this pleasant hotel. Friendly people, clean room, good bed and wonderful breakfast. Location is perfect. In the middle of great Asian restaurants and near city centre. Compliments for the quality of the breakfast. We truly enjoyed it. Only the coffee should be improved. We will be happy to come back once again.

The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was also great at least in competitive terms benchmarking to European standard. We didn't stay long enough for me to review location convenience, but seemed well positioned. My only draw backs were the overall status of room and bathroom, I would say they could enjoy an uplift for the money I paid.

Was recommended this hotel by friends who were also staying. It was very clean and finished to a high standard, the suite room we upgraded to was very spacious with nice lounge office area and large comfortable beds. It was only a brief stay as we used it as our last base before flying home after football at Borussia Monchengladbach....

I stayed in this hotel for a business conference. The hotel is located a taxi ride from the airport and it is close to many restaurants and shops. 1) The manual of check in must be reviewed and simplified. I was in a queue for 45 minutes and spent 10 minutes to check in. 2) The elevator was useless at a busy time. After spending 55 minutes to check in, I had to further spend 5 minutes to get an elevator. 3) I stayed with a family and...
