This is a budget hotel with modern amenities that will make you feel like a giant living in a world of Lilliputians. The good: the hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, the breakfast has a huge assortment including meats, eggs, pastries and great coffee choices. It is a modern hotel. The price is good. The not so good: the...

Perfect, fresh, innovative rooms, not super-de-luxe but just everything you need. Staff was nice, easy checking worked fine. Breakfast ok, and not to far from citycenter. Perfect for weihnachtsmarkt. Parking in duplexgarage is not favourable, but APAG párking eurogress is nearby. (12 euro per 24 hr)

This is a very reasonably priced hotel. It does this by having pretty simple rooms - there's no iron for example - and a bare minimum of furniture. But what it does have - a bed, a stool and a clothes rack - were sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the duvet was very warm. The room was clean and...

This hotel is in a very convenient location for walking to the main tourist attractions in Aachen. The breakfast was excellent. Although hot drinks were provided at reception we would have liked the facility to make our own drinks in our room.

I booked the room online a few weeks before travelling. A decent price, £75 for a night which included breakfast. The room was clean, shower / bath very hot (which is good) bed nice and big. What did surprise me, and loses points, is that there's no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. You had to go down to reception...

Was a bit concerned before we went on the Christmas market trip due to some of the reviews. There were some positives and negatives to this hotel. Positives: nice bed, hot powerful shower, good breakfasts. Negatives: too far from the Christmas markets, tiny rooms, no storage in rooms. Probably wouldn't use again if visiting the area as I'd prefer a...

The hotel is located only 10 minutes walk to the city center. Just walk outside the hotel and turn left and keep walking and you will enter the city center. The hotel offers free water, tea and coffee until 10 PM. There is parking garage for only 9 euro's a day. Getting used to is the lift system but the...

Great location, 10 mins from centre, friendly staff and clean and modern rooms. The Thai restaurant opposite the front door to the hotel is lovely, tasty and great value- worth a visit if don't feel like walking into town.
