I feel compelled to share my experience, as I still feel totally appalled by the lack of customer care and service in this hotel. I had notified the hotel that I would be arriving late in the evening, and on the day of my arrival I turned up at the hotel about 20 minutes later than I had anticipated. The...

We had booked an overnight stay, to reach the airport next morning, fresh and relaxed. According to the booking, the reception is open until midnight. When our friends dropped us at quarter to midnight, the hotel had a sign in the window to contact the reception at the other hotel around the corner. The same sign was in the window...

Location of this hotel really can't be beat; almost right across the street from the train station and only a 5-10 minute walk from the major tourist sites which are the Cathedral (Dom) and Rathaus. This city was founded in the 700s by Charlemagne. He died in 814 and his remains are interred in the Dom. Next year will be...

I've been to this hotel 4 or 5 times now over the last few years and have always found it to be an excellent value for the money. Other hotels in the area charge 15-20 euros more for the same type of room. The rooms are very clean and not really small like a lot of economy hotels in Europe....

Only stayed one night but would recommend the hotel. It is excellently-sitauted very near the hotel and within easy walking distance of the cathedral and historical centre. I thought the room was comfortable and excellent for the price and the breakfast fine as well. I don`t speak German and the lady in charge of breakfast and reception in the morning...

A very mixed-bag hotel. Let me start off with the positives. The rooms are what you'd expect from a budget hotel. You get a bed (two twins together, if you're staying in a double), clean room, TV, and personal bathroom. The decorations are basic, and they won't win any awards for interior design. Again, it's just a budget hotel. Breakfast...

We were originally booked at another hotel (having discounted Stadtnah because it did not have an elevator) Three days before our visit (and with limited internet access) we got an email from Bookings.com informing us of a problem with our booked hotel and a suggestion that we could stay at the Stadtnah. Without time to research this thoroughly I accepted...

The hotel is in front of the main train station and it is very good. The rooms are comfortables and clean, but not very wide, specially the bathroom. The staff didn't talk any language than german, but was helpfull anyway. There is no elevator!! Anyway, the price is good to stay 1 or 2 nights.

One of the first hotels you will see when exiting the main train station in Aachen, which makes it very practical. You can reach the old town within 7 to 10 minutes on foot. They have single rooms (the one I stayed in) which are inexpensive, comfortable and clean. Good quality of sleep, the hotel was not noisy at all....

The hotel is located in close proximity to the train station which is very convenient. Perhaps, this is the only thing to which I had no claims. Everything else was not so positive. I arrived late, at the reception desk was empty. I found a note in which it was written that I must contact the reception desk of a...
