Beautifully furnished rooms and brand new bath rooms. For a 3 star hotel it is really perfect. You can enjoy a glass of wine until late into the night in the bar and the breakfast buffet is yummies! Staff is always of help and very friendly. Reception is open 24 hrs.

This hotel was a wonderful experience because of the couple who lovingly own and run the place. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed with little touches like our breakfast table reserved for us each morning. Highlights for us were the breakfast, the huge room and the oh so comfortable beds. Only negative was that we...

We went for the Christmas Markets. We had a fantastic time. The owners, couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was lovely. It was perfectly located, it was clean, food was amazing. I honestly love this little place.. I would like to go back in the summer time, when all the vineyards are blossoming, I bet it's very pretty. I...

We recently enjoyed a three night stay at the Hotel Felsenkeller as part of a coach trip to the local Christmas Market. The hotel is well situated in the heart of Rudesheim with the Drosslegasse a short walk away and many of the xmas market stalls are right outside the front door. The hotel is set back in the quiet...

In the middle of the old town is this wonderful hotel. The couple who owns the hotel is simply outstanding! Friendly, warm and personal service. Overall extremly clean. Varius breakfast buffet - fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and bacon etc. Comfortable rooms - We had a standard room for 4 nights (room nr 20) - quiet - overlooking "das Rhein". I...

Near the banks of Rhine, this is a traditional half-timbered hotel with lots of character and old world charm. Our spacious room included a full size bed, seating area, wardrobe, TV, radio and views of the Rhine. Excellent staff along with tasty breakfast. Free Wi-Fi and paid parking nearby.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Felsenkeller. It is right in the centre of the busy, touristy old town of Ruedesheim but it is very quiet. You can reach everything by foot, walking through the old cobblestone streets. The rooms are good, the bed comfortable and the bathroom is big and modern. The breakfast is excellent. We would definitely stay...

Big, inexpensive, very adequate digs in "downtown" Rudesheim - a long block from the River and "major" highway 42. Good sized, comfortable rooms that are neat, clean and functional. Breakfast exceptional. Managers (owners?) are exceptionally helpful, organized and efficient. Limited parking on site, additional further away. Next to the Cable Car.

We stayed (as a couple) overnight on our coach return from Lake Garda for dinner and bed and breakfast. Dinner was well suited to English travellers, tomato soup, turkey escalope with carrots, potatoes and brussel sprouts followed by huge chocolate profiteroles. Very tasty. The service was good and the welcome for our party of 34 was warm. The bedroom was...

Having being diagnosed with a dietary problem just days before we stayed at the Felsenkeller we forgot to call ahead to advise them. We spoke to the owners the day we arrived & they went straight out to collect special food items for me. Very clean & very obliging staff. Good central position. Nice food, can't fault it.
