Hotel is very close to the main station. 5€ with uber or 10min walk (through not very nice surroundings of a train station but through the day still an option)

Rooms are nice, big enough beds, wifi, modern bathrooms and all on top of included in the price nice breakfast which although might looks small its always refilled and offerers everything you might expact from a hotel breakfast.

But location is really the selling point. Not just to main train station but also walking distance (15-20min) to city center and Zeil shopping but I guess also Messe exhibition center if coming for work or such.

Will probablly use it again as I travel to Frankfurt couple times a year.

Price affordable and a bit below average.

The good reviews lead me to thing place and I was mostly happy, just wanted to flag a couple of things to mention in case they affect anyone else.

This is a small hotel and when you choose a small hotel there are pluses and minuses. The minus for me was that on my first night, the fan in the shower didn't turn off and this was unable to be fixed, especially since it was a Sunday night (the night manager did try). It was somewhat annoying but because it was my first night and I was so jet lagged, I just put up with it.

This hotel is also only one block (heading towards the railway station) from a very seedy section of town, as I walked to and from the railway station, as a single woman, its important to be aware of this.

Walking into the old quarter is a relatively easy walk in another direction, although not the shortest walk. Also, I had a single room facing the front driveway, this I found to be a bit on the noisy side as people gathered outside as they came and went and talked in the driveway at all hours of the day and night.

Breakfast was fantastic, really nice. Room was a good price. Its a charming hotel, if you have a room that suits you and walk in the right areas, then all good.

Charming, clean, inviting and wonderful for a stopover in Frankfurt. Nothing fancy, just perfect. Our rooms were spacious and really comfortable. Excellent front desk help - friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Great price!! Easy street parking for free, or alternatively, they offer spots for 12 euros.

Everything was clean and the - standard German - hotel breakfast was good and included in the very reasonable price. Air conditioning in the room was good, though a little "windy" and it the beeps from it were quite loud. Very good staff.

Located in a clean and quiet mainly residential area close to the train station. The area where the hotel is located is nice, but the neighbouring block, however, "Bahnhof Viertel" is horrible. You have to pass through it almost wherever you're going from the hotel, but despite seeming quite horrible the individuals in the block seem to leave tourists alone.

I'd be happy to stay here again, should I come back to Frankfurt.

Very quaint hotel in the business district but great location for accessing the Old Town. Front desk staff (Jonus) was very friendly and made our short visit to Frankfurt very enjoyable by giving us very specific directions to see the highlights as well great dining options. Good breakfast in the outdoor courtyard.

We had a superior room which was actually on the top floor with a large balcony overlooking the financial quarter of the city. It was well appointed with a fridge/mini bar and coffee/tea making facilities. We were there during a hot spell and were grateful for the air conditioning. The room was very clean and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent with lots of options

We stayed two nights at the Villa Forentina hotel. We chose a superior room and we were not disappointed. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is ok, but there could be more choices. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area a little away from the tourist sites, but everything is within walking distance.

STAY HERE!!! This place is lovely. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by BeaArta (sp) she was simple delightful ! We had two rooms, with four of us traveling together and our rooms were great. Cozy beds, great showers and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with many choices and the breakfast service with cappuccino was a perfect way to start the day. Short walking distance to train station. I wish our stay was longer!

Villa Florentina is less than a 10-minute walk from Frankfurt's train station with its quick connection to the airport, yet it is in a lovely residential neighborhood that doesn't feel touristy at all.

This is a modest, simple hotel, very clean, which has a family-run feel. Staff is helpful - one helped me deal with a troublesome taxi driver, for example.

Breakfast is good and in the summertime can be enjoyed in the hotel's garden courtyard.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for "cheap and cheerful" accommodations in a good location in Frankfurt. Take a stroll around the neighborhood, as well.

Friendly, clean, central, good breakfast, affordable. Silent air conditioning (it was 37C outside, so this was very welcome). The receptionist pointed out that parking was free in the street if there is space. Otherwise you can park for €12 per day. My best stay in Frankfurt since a long time. One little warning: the shower in the bath tub can be slippery.
