1.- location very good 2.-single room very small and carpets very old and dirty, same situation with towels which looks rags 3.-breakfast buffet is ok 4.-there are 2 wings of the hotel, but i found only after i check in. They told that my single room rate is for what i paid and received.

I had to change rooms as mine was so tiny- I've slept in worse hostels than this. For gods sake don't get the 'economy' room- its in a different part of the hotel that sinks of smoke. Breakfast is in a Lebanese shisha bar, if that's your thing. Really just awful. There must be a million better hotels in frankfurt... More

It is a regular hotel, clean and well located. But it is not really a good one, for 30 euros more you could get something so much better. I did stay once at this hotel. The first time, the bath tub got stocked when i showered. The second time, i just got it because i need a hotel to rest... More

Just stayed one night here on a stopover. The hotel is very easy to find..about 10 minutes walk from the Central Station. Check in was a bit sullen and luckily I checked they'd allocated me a smoking room (as reservation) which they hadn't. Easily changed. The room was quite a trek into what seemed like the building next door. Room... More

I stayed there for about 8 nights. The friendly and helpful staff made this hotel special. I was travelling for trade show and was expecting a package to arrive prior to my arrival. The hotel staff took extra effects to make sure the packages arrived which were beyond their call of duties. The hotel room need renovation, and there are... More

Stayed one day, was ment to be ok, it wasn't. Had to wedge a chair under the door at night because the door didn t lock properly. The Resturant smelt terrible, you would not eat there. The bathroom was shocking and the shower like a shoe box, but this is the least of there worries, please do not stay here,... More

We arrived in July to find that there was no A/C in the room. This is unacceptable in this day and age from a Ramada hotel.I specifically checked the website prior to booking to make sure the hotel had it and it did. They really need to make it clear that not all rooms have it. The staff were very... More

Frankfurt is a great City and the hotel Ramada is just within. We had a wonderful stay because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Free Wifi and Breakfast buffet made our day the way we want. we booked a standard room which was not airconditioned but we mooved to a Business Calss room by paying an extra.

Stayed for 4 days at this hotel in Franfurt City Centre. Check in was easy - my room was not ready bit I could store my baggage and go for a walk. The breakfast included in the stay was very good and omelettes were made to order if you wanted one. It is within walking distance of the major railway... More
