No frills with this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights on business, room was dated and the facilities were average.
Didn't sample the food but location was convenient for what I needed. I think there's better value out there.

Stayed in Nov 2017 and had a terrible experience. Only one night however stayed in a room that was disgusting. Looked like a prison cell and wasn't not clean in the slightest!! Dirty pillow cases with someone else's dribble on them - yuck!!

You may need to contact the hotel directly either by phone or e-mail. Going around Frankfurt is fairly easy : You can either take a taxi from the airport (right outside the arrival terminal; I am not sure how much it will cost as I never done this before) or you can take public transportation underneath Frankfurt International Airport (in gleis/track 1; either S8 or S9). It costs less than Euro 5 each way with frequent schedule.
You will need to alight at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and change to either train S3, S4, S5 or S6 and stop at messe (2 stops from Frankfurt Hbf). Once you stop at messe, you need to activate your smartphone in order to get to the hotel. Or else, you may alight at Frankfurt Hbf and get a taxi to take you there (costs less than Euro 15).
