A very cozy but modern hotel in Frankfurt's train station district. Even if the location, for shallow minds, can be quite scary, it must be said that there are hardly any problems there. Interesting restaurants are nearby and on weekends it can get a bit louder. In the hotel itself, you don't notice much of the location. Clean and modern rooms, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, who also like to just chat. Very pleasant. Breakfast is rich and fresh and you can eat it in a very pleasant atmosphere. We can only recommend this house especially as you are also, on foot, quickly in the city center. We would love to come back

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have read reviews that seemed a little harsh about the location being in a crime-infested area but that was not my experience. It is convenient to the train station being about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I walked the area after dark and never felt nervous about the surroundings.

Stayed here for two nights and wanted something close to main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Rooms are on the small side but clean and quiet. You're within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, the train station / subway line and the staff is cheerful and helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel, I can't believe it is even titled a hotel, Booking.com pictures very MISLEADING. I booked 2 rooms as we visited the Christmas Markets. One of the rooms we booked was a single room, no joke you could barely fit your suitcase in the room. The noise coming from the street was ear piercing, loud banging music all night, on night 3 we asked to change rooms and this was no problem, staff were lovely but this is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms were clean but not nice as all, would not return to this hotel. Location good, 10/15 minutes from shops etc. Area quiet shady, did not feel safe, would not walk alone at night. Very disappointing experience. Ideal for stag/hen parties

As usual an excellent stay and always top of my list when visiting Frankfurt. The breakfast was nice and the room was super clean. The location is very good and reach to all the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The reception staff is always very helpful to keep stay as comfortable as possible .

This is a very good choice for a hotel within blocks of the main train station. It is an older building but completely renovated within. As a single visitor I had a single room which was small as I expected. But it was nicely decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for. The room was always spotlessly clean. The entire staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My room was too warm for my liking and I wasn’t able to operate the thermostat. The young lady at the front desk was able to adjust the temperature from the front desk. And she did it all with a friendly smile. The buffet breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold items to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying near the train station area.

I stayed one night here after arriving at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Flew home next day from the airport. The hotel is perfectly located for this purpose. And very reasonably priced.
It’s a very nice, clean and updated hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was well-appointed, except for the lack of a kettle. Breakfast was about 11 euro and was just average.
Lots of places to eat, but this is not a sightseeing area. Bahnhofsviertel is quite literally a train station neighborhood. I was fine with it, but would not stay out after 8:00.
Front desk got me a taxi in the morning very quickly. The ride cost about 36 euro.
I would stay here again.

Second stay here as the first was excellent. This one even better. Perfect single room, well furnished in good shape. Nice bed, good coverings. Wonderful breakfast, absolutely delicious. Perfect service, every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

Stayed for two nights. Location was great, walking distance to everywhere I wanted to get. Good value for money! Room was small, but fairly priced, clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were newly renowated. Aircon and Wi-Fi worked properly the whole stay. Strongly recomended!

The hotel was lovely, great rooms, nice staff. BUT the location was not cool. Outside the hotel is a rather bad area. I saw people sticking needles in their arms, other guys just hanging out looking rather suspicious. There was a burger place, a mexican place and basically a drug store (no pun intended) and that was it. Didn't feel safe to go out at night. Really a shame. But I'd skip this and find something in a better neighborhood.

There is no parking for hotel. We left our car in a parking hall. In fact there were multiple parking halls close the hotel. In streets parking was free in Sundays (and maybe also on Saturdays, not sure). On weekdays 2 hours is maximum parking time.
There are more places to choose from in the Frankfurt area.
