I went to this hotel because of the location. It is a 5 minute walk from Frankfurt Central station (Hbf) and the financial centre in another direction. The stay occurred at the same time as Omicron emerged which badly effected my time as Frankfurt had gone into 2G/2G+ mode. The temperatures dropped to zero on two of my days.
The hotel is decent, maybe needs a refurb and a bigger lift. I had no issues with the internet, shower, bed etc. The safe wouldn't open but I didn't use it as I had to carry my documents with me due to the restrictions.
I don't want to add much about the location of the hotel itself because it is what you call the area of the city with the "problems", however its not different from any other metro city.
When COVID is over-if ever I will return here maybe better in the summer.

Almost perfect.
I have stayed in many hotels in and around the (awful) area of the Train Station in my time, always to attend a show at the nearby Messe.
This hotel is a short walk from the station, though the area has gone even more downhill than ever with drinking, begging and 'smoking' everywhere.
The hotel was probably the best I have stayed in around the area. It was clean, a comfortable temperature, had hot water and a bed I actually slept comfortably on, nice and firm (maybe even new).
Why only 4 stars? The sound from the elevator...my God it was awful and pretty loud and my room as right next to it on the 7th floor. So maybe worse if next to the motors at the top.
Anyway, it almost kept me awake and to a state where I was going to ask to change rooms but I fell asleep and the rest is history.
Would I stay again? Yes but I would request a room as far away from the elevator as possible. I would not unpack until I was satisfied I couldn't hear it.
Advice for the Hotel....maybe get it seen to or sound proof the room as otherwise I think you'll do very well.

Not so big hotel that felt personal to me. Nice staff in control of everything. They served breakfast but I did not use that service.
Stayed in a small single room which had everything I needed. Good price and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is a brothel. Beds are broken and the management are not interested in assisting their patrons. No concession made, no assistance given! Booking prepaid in full for 8 nights, but not a single night spent there. Hotel management refuse to refund, even a 50% refund would have gone a long way in customer service

Told me i had broke the bed when it in-fact the leg just needed to be screwed back in, its almost like the cleaner had loosened it to try and keep the deposit.. for a hotel that size a simple small thing as a loose bed leg should be a quick fix.

The staff forgot to give my deposit back. When I called them a day later they told me I should have asked for it. As a solution they told me I could come pick it up in the next three months. I live 500 kilometres away...

The hotel is very close to the main station, which is excellent to get to and from the airport. It’s also walking distance from most attractions.
The room was nice and clean.
The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice.
Very nice and helps staff.
As mentioned by other users it’s in a bit dodgy area of the city, as it happens near the main stations pretty much everywhere in Europe, so we were not surprised and we were 2 girls and never felt threatened or scared.
