If you like big cities this is the place for you. The Ambassador hotel is located 2 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the main shopping district. A very comfortable place to stay though 2 single beds for a couple was the go..

the hotel staff was 99% attentive. the first clerk was busy & would only answer questions roughly & brusquely. the breakfast was wonderful & filling. i wish that i had known that if we arrived early during the breakfast time we could wait & eat in the breakfast room while awaiting our room to be readied.

This hotel is inexpensive and very clean. It is also very very close to Frankfurt main station (around 5 min walk). The location is good as it is near the station but it is also near the red light district so it might not feel "safe" for some. There is also free breakfast and wifi which is definitely a plus...

I've stayed here twice - in December and in June. The location is central, the room is comfortable enough with a nice en-suite. It has free wi-fi and breakfast with a good choice of food is included. There's even coffee in reception at certain times of the day. Both times I stayed I had a room overlooking the street, which is...

This hotel, also known as Top Ambassador when booking the package was minutes from the train station and in walking distance to a fabulous shopping district as well as foot bridges across the Maine river. We were able to walk everywhere or easily hop on a tram to travel further. The staff at the desk were always helpful and the...

Quite simply don't stay in this hotel. I use an A-Club Frequent Guest Card which usually is well received with an upgrade and a special welcome. Took ages for someone to attend reception and the room was terrible. No air conditioning and all night was disturbed by screams and shouts of drunks and drug addicts. Very dangerous part of town...

Very clean place and the staff was friendly enough but the noise coming in from both the halls and the courtyard was horrific. It sounded like the kitchen staff were cleaning well past midnight. This is a shame for everything else about the place was certainly fine. If not for the noise I would have given this place 3 stars...

Sorry about the noise, but those were the days we were tearing out the the old kitchen and putting in the new! We tried to arrange it so that we could still serve breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the noise got out of hand. We hope you return and it will be much quieter! Jack
