This was one of my best hotel experiences! Everything about the LUME is thought out and the hotel is beautifully decorated, with fresh flowers in every corner. The exceptional reception staff made my stay extra unique (special thanks to Sawan and Matteo!), while the stay consisted of a high-end, spotlessly clean room, heated bathroom floors, and a heavenly comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. The location is perfect, and complimentary fresh fruit-infused water was available daily at the reception along with muffins and cookies! Furthermore, the hotel's breakfast is incredible, and I even spent one evening at the pub with its amazing vibes! While the gym is relatively small, I was provided with daily vouchers to the neighborhood gym, which was outstanding. And of course, the luxurious sauna provided a perfect way to end each day. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly a relaxing and amazing experience!

This is a lovely hotel … beds are so very comfortable and the shower is amazing!! What really stands out at this establishment is, however the exceptional staff. We arrived around 10am after a long day of travel, expecting to just stow our luggage and come back later to check in but Anoushka at reception was just delightful, stowed our luggage took us to a comfortable sofa , made me a cup of tea and told us it would take about 30 minutes to clean the room. We were then able to check in and take a shower and a nap before heading out into the city. The next morning we were greeted by Oxford ( I know it was a German version of this name… but he explained that it meant protector of the ox) at the restaurant for breakfast. Such a delightful gentleman! Breakfast was good… loved the juicing bar Overall this is a well run, very very comfortable hotel filled with kind and efficient staff. I highly recommend it

Stayed here for a quick trip to the Frankfurt Christmas markets. Easy walk to the markets. Check in was a bit dry, but nothing negative - just lacked some energy. Our room was spacious and clean. This was the best shower I had throughout our trip. I was concerned about noise based on some other reviews. The Lavazza coffe machine in the room was much appreciated. I was there on a Friday night. Noise was a non-issue even with a pop-up food and music event right outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Any energy missing at check in was made up by the excellent attention and service of the host/waiter. Navigating from the lobby to the restaurant can be a challenge, but was not an obstacle - just enjoy the ride. I was going to try the sauna but ran out of time. It is on a reservation basis - basically letting them know you want to use it so they can ensure it is at temp. It is in the basement. Can’t comment on size or quality. Would certainly stay here again.

We had booked the Ameron Frankfurt Neckarvillen hotel, so were a bit confused when we couldn't find it at the address on our booking form.However after walking by a couple of times we noticed a helpful small message on the door confirming we had reached the right address the hotel had changed it name to Lume.We were early to check in and I don't think the normal reception staff were on duty and the welcome was not a friendly as we had hoped,however our luggage was stored for us and we were able to find a local restaurant for lunch before checking in.This time the reception was much better helpful friendly staff.Our room was lovely but with very high ceilings ,tall wardrobes which were a challenge for a 5 ft person like me. The building is quite confusing with lots of twists and turns and steps, there are two lifts. Access from the door to reception was tricky , with steps and although there was a slide to get your suitcases up this was still a challenge.The hotel say there is help with luggage but we saw no evidence of this and it wasn't offered.The room was quiet would have thought there was no other guests but we saw them at breakfast Breakfast was excellent with the normal continental breakfast fresh fruit and juices cereals etc bacon and you could order freshly cooked food,the poached eggs were really good.Service at breakfast time was especially good, friendly ,efficient and helpful. The hotel is in a great location very close to the Main Tower and within walking distance of the " New Old Town" Romer area ,walking along the river and getting river cruises.

Really nice Autograph (Marriott) property, very stylish decorated all in style with how Marriott has been adding Autograph editions to their portfolio. Would have rated excellent if they also had parking available, the reality is that parking is really troublesome as there is no parking immediately close to the hotel. My advice would be to stay in this hotel if you travel by taxi or if you do not need your car on regular basis. Otherwise, great hotel, with also a a great breakfast in the morning, a mix between buffet and certain special items that are made to order.

To be under Marriott does not guarantee a profesional designed or serviced hotel . This hotel should not be an hotel , as is impossible to chess with luggage - full of staircase with nobody to help . For me, the LUME is the most beautiful hotel in Frankfurt. It is incredibly centrally located and everything is within walking distance. Whether jogging along the Main, going to the cinema, theater, restaurants... etc. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere is both stylish and cozy. A balancing act that not many manage. Parking is easy in the "Parkhaus am Theater" and there is even eggs Benedict for breakfast.

Elegant hotel with kind staff. The color schemes in the hotel room and bathrooms are very elegant and modern. Love the marble bathroom countertop sink and bathroom wall tiles.
