Because of the heat in my apartment I was looking for a place to stay nearby. I found the perfect accommodation in Sachsenhausen with this hotel. Reception and the ladies at breakfast were super friendly.
The four rooms on the sixth floor have air conditioning. The decor is modern and even offers a microwave a few plates, cutlery etc. the bed is comfortable, the pillows could use some refreshment. The minibar with beer and piccolo, cola and water as well as snacks (salt sticks, haribo and knoppers) are included. Very modern bathroom with natural light! the shower is a little cramped. A breakfast with very delicious rolls and a wide selection. I am just thrilled and will gladly recommend this hotel to all guests coming to Frankfurt.

This is a cute boutique hotel in a great location for tourists. Easily walkable distance to nice cafes, the riverside, tourist spots in the city and the main train station. Our room was comfortable for a couple, with a compact bathroom, mini kitchen and in-room tea/coffee. The staff are lovely, and we arrived late at night so reception was unattended but the self check in at the front door was quite easy (English translation available). The hotel is clean and modern, with an interesting sports decor. Wifi is good.

We finally stayed in this hotel after a defunct 2020 trip in which they honoured our credits. The hotel is very modern inside with large, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It is located just across the river from the old town and main shopping area and close to Museumsufer and the Sachsenhausen district so you can walk everywhere although it is is also right by a U Bahn and tram stop (handy for catching trains or going to the airport). Each room is decorated in the theme of a sports star. As others mention, rooms have a mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks that are free and replenished daily. There is a kitchenette i.e. sink, microwave, jug and coffee maker. What more could you ask for! Not sure when we might get back to Frankfurt again but this would be our number 1 choice.

I found this hotel shortly after they opened a couple of years ago and it is the only place in Frankfurt that I wish to stay. The rooms are modern, bright and large but the staff are exceptional and give the hotel a "home away from home" atmosphere! It is just across the river from the main shopping area (a 10 to 15 minute easy & pleasant walk) or 1 subway stop. It is also super easy to get to/from the hotel from both the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) with Tram 16 (3 rd stop) or the Airport (both by subway or bus from both Terminal 1 or 2). Sachenhausen is a lovely area with great restaurants, grocery stores (just around the corner) and many other interesting shops. Rooms have a stocked mini fridge with contents that are free and replenished daily, free snacks and a microwave & coffee maker. You can't go wrong!

I recently stayed at the Star Apart Hotel and can quite honestly say, it lived up to the expectations built via the positive reviews left on this page. Right down to the complimentary mini-bar, you are made to feel right at home from the minute you check in through to point in time when you continue your journey. if I visit Frankfurt again, I would have no hesitation in staying here. Fully recommend :-)

I can't rate these apartments highly enough. So beautifully styled and well thought out. They are just lovely and so nice to come back to each day. We stayed in a deluxe apartment and loved the space it offered. Ours faced the street but with the windows closed, you literally heard nothing. It was really nice watching life carry on below you as you are in a local area. We loved the area! Everything is so close. The apartments are close to the river front with a nice Boulevard to walk along. It's close to the foot bridge to walk across to the other side if you want to visit the tourist areas. Trams just around the corner, Museums along the riverbank, fantastic bakery, gelato shops, shopping and an abundance of eating places including the apple wine pubs, right on your doorstep. To top it off, the staff are lovely and they leave free snacks and drinks everyday! Perfect combination!! I can't think of a nicer place or area to stay while visiting Frankfurt. We would love to come back. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights at Star Apart Hotel and we had a good experience. The room and the bed were huge, comfortable and it has everything you need (kitchenette, tv, lots of clothing storage and a nice view of a flowershop across the street). The bathroom is tiny and doesn’t have a lot of storage options and unfortunately the showerhead was broken (we were immediately offered a new room after communicating this). Because of the busy road in front of the hotel it can be quite noisy so earplugs are needed. The location is great though, close to the city centre and next to a few bakeries and restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Small but adequate & convenient. Situated only about 100 metres from the main railway station, the apartment made it easy to get around. There were roadworks directly in front of the apartment when we were there but it will be quiter and cleaner now all that is finished.

I chose the hotel because it was close to the Städel museum. How fortuitous. Comfortable accommodation with a kitchenette comprising a kettle Dolce Gusto machine, fridge and microwave. Very comfortable and a reasonable size . Wine coffe and tea plus some snacks are included and refreshed daily . How unusual is that. A supermarket round the corner if you need sane. 15 mins to the old town across the river. Next door is the newly opened Italian restaurant. excellent menu. Good value. But back to the hotel - excellent friendly reception staff and the breakfast is good including eggs smoked salmon etc etc. Really cannot find fault. Highly recommended and I would stay here again at the drop of a hat.
