We have always had incredible stays at Roomers Frankfurt - it has become our absolute favorite hotel! The service is always outstanding. The staff are great! They are always friendly, extremely courteous and always try to anticipate our every wish. The friendliness and warmth of the staff, from the chambermaids to the reception, the restaurant and the management, make our stay something very special every time. We are Marriott/Bonvoy ambassador level and as with another reviewer did not receive recognition for that. We have been in Italy for 3 weeks and are in Frankfurt one night as part of our journey home. We stayed in the best of the best Bonvoy hotels :St Regis In Rome; Gritti Palace in Venice and Hotel Excelsior Gallea in Milan. All top rate, all made us feel valued. All suites. Roomers had us in a small room that reeked of cigarette smoke, 2 plugs in room and none by bed - at least that are reachable with moving furniture. There is one outlet on the bathroom sink and one by the door. We unplugged something of theirs on the desk to gain use of that outlet. The bathroom is tiny and open to the room. The toilet room has clear glass so the other occupant in the room can watch if desired! No shower mat, no wash cloths. We were sent an email from them the day before inviting us to email them if we needed a ride from the airport. I did. No response and in fact they don’t offer them. Then why invite us to request? The mattress is thin and very soft. I think they try so hard to be hip and exciting that they are missing the boat on basic quality that we always receive from Bonvoy properties. The front desk did tell us at great length how wonderful and popular their bar is. No thanks. We are so loyal to Bonvoy that this review is painful to write. Maybe we are just too old and stodgy for this hotel as we value quality, comfort and convenience over hip and sexy.

For us, the coolest and best hotel in Frankfurt!!! We are regularly in Frankfurt for work and pleasure and have tried out various hotels....after all these years, there is no better hotel for us. The warmth of the staff paired with an incomparable flair and the feeling of always being welcome at all times.
The bar is the coolest in the whole city for us with the best cocktails. No matter what we ordered, it was perfect. The restaurant in the evening is addictive and you must order the chili honey prawns...awesome!! Staff super attentive and friendly. The breakfast is a straight A....we love the Roomers and always enjoy coming back as guests. Tanja and Marcus

Dirt in the corners and in urgent need of renovation. Just because the walls are painted grey and the furniture is black, this is not a "boutique" hotel as they call themselves! A minimum spend of 500 euros is required for a seat in the hotel bar. A deposit of 300 euros is required for the minibar in the room when checking in. The cost of a double room of 500 euros per night including breakfast is completely excessive.

All I'm saying is, look after your things and never forget anything in this hotel 😓😤 we often stay at Roomers, my husband is there for business and as a family also for private overnight stays, we have always felt very comfortable but what has happened to us there for the second time has shocked us very much...
The first time my daughter had forgotten a pair of jogging pants and housekeeping had not found them 🙄 ok, we thought it was no big loss and blamed our daughter for taking better care of her things. This time we were very stressed when we left and I left my good leather pants and t-shirt behind and again we got an email from housekeeping saying nothing had been found. It's a shame for a supposedly top hotel in Frankfurt...
Good staff are certainly hard to find these days but nobody needs thieving magpies and then no feedback except from reception because they can't do anything, I find it very sad 😥 it's a shame, we always felt comfortable there

I booked a luxury room for 350 euros. When I booked I noted online that I was making a surprise for my fiancée as an engagement gift. I also called the night before I arrived and told the employee that they were making a surprise for me or a decoration in the room.
Unfortunately my request was not taken into account at all (it was forgotten).
I complained but it didn't help except that my colleague gave me a late check out free of charge.
The next day at around 12:20 my girlfriend and I wanted to go for a shower but unfortunately the water was turned off due to a repair and I had to wait a bit longer so I was so unlucky.
One more small thing, the security at the bar was extremely unfriendly. He just didn't want to let me in and told me to show me your room card and which room are you in. He didn't believe me that I had booked a room. In the end he let me in and looked at me strangely and rudely.
Very nice hotel but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience and bad luck too.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work but this time I was bitterly disappointed.
My frustrations below:
1. Check in was difficult as the person checkin me in was struggling with her English
2. No English tv - no BBC news or anything and no ability to connect the tv for any entertainment
3. No kettle in room or facilities to make any tea
4. Service was frustrating, to try and call up for amenities or talk to an individual was difficult
5. My room was meant to include breakfast and I was advised it didn’t
6. Very expensive for what it is. Id expect an expensive hotel to have superior service, it doesn’t. It Isn’t worth the cost when you can stay at the Scandic around the corner

Allow me to apologise for your dissatisfaction, unfirtunately we had a major issue with our TV receiver that resulted in a complete restructoring of the whole Hotel TV system, We now have a brand new System with a large variety of International channels. We do offer as a part of basic in room amenities Lavazza espresso machine along with MInibar, Iron and Iron board, Yoga Matt and of course upon request we can arrange Kettle and tea facilities. After covid, we have introduced a digital In room dining menu available in our SuitePad where you could have also ordered any food and drinks from. We do very much care about our guests experience and we also take feedback into great consideration in order to improve our service. I do hope that you are giving us another chance to shine. If you are away for a weekend and want to party, this is probably the best hotel in the area. On the other hand, I was in town for business, and then other things were more important; therefore, the hotel disappointed me compared to other hotels. The rooms are tiny, I was alone, but if there were 2 of us, I would have booked another hotel. Everything is cramped together, and there is no place to work, or you have to empty the whole desk, which is full of drinks, snacks, and a huge coffee machine. But, of course, that machine is wonderful for when you wake up in the morning. One advantage is that the bathroom was equipped with a shower, something I can really appreciate. By the way, the hotel is very well taken care of in terms of interiors and finishes. Too bad the hotel did not recognize my platinum status from Marriott Bonvoy.

There is almost nothing I liked about this hotel: dark rooms with brown walls and floors,, the smell of smoke, poor light, noisy street, late night functions in the bar and expensive (and that is without breakfast). The best part? The staff tried their best and were friendly.

The Roomers Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I was greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff. The service was impeccable and every member of staff made every effort to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
The rooms are modernly furnished. The facilities were first-class and left nothing to be desired.
An absolute highlight was the Roomers Bar. The bar staff were not only competent, but also extremely accommodating and created super delicious cocktails according to my preferences.
Before my visit to the Roomers Bar, we went to the Burbank Restaurant. The food was of the highest quality and I was particularly impressed by the taste of the Burbank King Prawns. The experience was simply outstanding.
Overall, I can fully recommend the Roomers. For an unforgettable stay in Frankfurt with excellent service, first-class accommodation and culinary highlights, the Roomers Hotel is the perfect choice

The entire spa area is clothing-optional and communal. Most people enjoy the facilities naked.
Uhhh - I don't know about anyone else's situation, but I certainly didn't have to pay a deposit. I booked and paid with a credit card, FWIW.
