Should be pretty easy, if you travel from the airport to the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) you can take three different busses (3, 120 or 124) to the Hotel. The next Bus Stop (Billhorner Mühlenweg) is approximately 200 meters away. You cannot miss it, just go to the Holiday Inn, as there are 3 different Hotels in one building.
