The room... not very cozy , no closed bathroom, just a closed toilet in 1 square meter, no table, no chairs, no sofa, no comfort st

Arrived at 8pm, parked, had to walk 300M with luggage to check in, then 200m to room.
Room had no chair or table, mattress did not fit the base, sitting on the bed was very uncomforta

Hi, how easy is it to get to the hotel by train from the airport? How easy is it to get to Hamburg Centre?
Should be pretty easy, if you travel from the airport to the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station) you can take three different busses (3, 120 or 124) to the Hotel. The next Bus Stop (Billhorner Mühlenweg) is approximately 200 meters away. You cannot miss it, just go to the Holiday Inn, as there are 3 different Hotels in one building.
