Friendly staff, average breakfast with bad coffee. The downstairs rooms are awful, sewage smells reoccur, terrible noise insulation and as expensive as the rest. Book early and confirm quickly to avoid these hovels. Bring your own wifi as the free wifi is usually off.

We've been visiting this hotel at least three times and every time the welcome has been warm and friendly. Room wishes (the better room in Kleine Residence -building are recommended!) have been fulfilled, rooms are well cleaned and spacious and breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I've had, especially if you choose to stay at the hotel at...

We used Trip Advisor and proximity to train station to find this for a Christmas market visit and were well satisfied with our choice. We were pleased to have off street parking (we ended up driving - the train station is a 15+min walk via a tunnel), but getting to it was a tight fit (pull in your mirrors). The...

I was visiting Bremen during Freimarkt 2011 and a wonderful three nights stay here. The rooms are recently refurbished, rooms are clean and generally give a good first impression, bathroom is truly fantastic. To be able to push this amount of new furniture and modern design into a bathroom deserves top ratings. The beds are maybe not of the priciest...

I was in Bremen overnight for a short stop to the airport. Friendly staff, clean hotel, very near the tram to go to the airport, good value for money.

I regularly stay at this hotel as I find it very convenient for the city, railway station, direct tram to the airport as well as a very kind and friendly staff with the choice at breakfast being an added bonus.

We stayed at the Residence hotel for one night. The hotel is split over two old mansions and we got a nice room in the annex, even with a small balcony. It feels more like staying in someones house than in a hotel, however the room was big and had also a nice bathroom. Beds were a bit hard, but...

Charming place in a lovely building of a lovely neighborhood. The room was quite small and not as charming, but very silent. Great breakfast although quite crowded. They have a (paying) parking space available. Internet connection is very expensive but if you only need to check emails there's a free computer in the hall. Roundabout 15min from the town center.
