Choose old town apartments for a group of 12 heading to Berlin for a stag weekend. We paid roughly 40 euros a night each which was a fantastic price when compared to staying at a hotel. Apartments were big & clean and and gave you more privacy than a hotel would. The staff we just saw on arrival and departure...

My husband, 1 and my 23 year old son had a two night stay here from the 15th to 17th December. We booked directly with the OTA and paid 65 euro a night, which we found very reasonable for the 3 of us. Booking directly at the hotel you can book for a particular apartment and we chose the Allan...

Four of us stayed on the 3rd Floor in the gluck apartment. Two single beds and a double bed opposite, the room was nice clean and spacious, shower was great, room had wi-fi and towels and hairdryer were provided in the bathroom. There are no lifts in the building but it clearly states that when booking. Had no problems checking...

16 of us rented 4 apartments for a weekend trip in Berlin and it all worked out great. Located just off the U2 line at the rosa luxemburg stop only one stop north of alexanderplatz. The location is great and the apartments are much more than we were expecting. Clean, large, decent kitchens...it all worked out great. Bit of confusion...

After a few weeks of staying to hotels, my wife and i welcomed a self contained apartment for our stay in berlin. The apartment was quite spacious and had everything we needed. Located nearby were a couple of supermarkets, cafes, bars and a metro stop just up the road to get us into the city. The apartment included free WiFi...

Take the subway to Rosa Luxembourg and it's only a block and a half to this very functional Berlin apartment-home, next to the White Trash Fast Food cafe. The place is utilitarian but not grim. We had no complaints: adequate heat in a very cold spell, good location and friendly, English-speaking staff. I mention the directions because it was very...

There is a bus direct from close to apartment to the main train station in Berlin - very easy connection. Supermarket quite close by. Apartment sStrongly recommended.

OTA Apartments are a great alternative to hotels in Berlin. especially when travelling in a group of two or more, you can basically get a larger accomodation than most hotels for a much more reasonable price. The location is very good, close to all the shops, restaurants and galleries of Mitte. Our apartment for two people was very spacious with...

I was attending a conference in Berlin, and a colleague had recommended finding a place in the Mitte as it was a good area for restaurants, clubs, etc. Old Town Apartments was very helpful and promptly replied to my inquiry about openings. Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
