totally overpriced, feels more like a hostel. dirty facilities in the room, looks like just bed linnen was changed after a previous guest, shower cabin was not cleaned properly, I saw someone's hair inside. Very thin walls. Toilet is outside of the room for single...More
We enjoyed our stay at Juncker's Hotel Garni in Berlin. The room was a good size and pleasant. The bathroom was rather basic, but clean. The hotel is very well-situated in an interesting area of Berlin with lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms are...More
Clean but totally overpriced for what it is. More like a hostel or university dorm based on the room I stayed in -- I wanted a double bed and had specified that on booking but was given a twin room that looked like a camp....More
The location is great. A very nice neighbourhood with many facilities, restaurants, etc. Really close to Warschauer Platz Station.
We had a room with two single beds. Very comfortable and clean. Also quiet since the window opened on to a courtyard.
Definitely positively surprised by the value for money. I booked a studio appartement with double bed. Very good standing, very clean, irreproachable service. Exactly what I was looking for. I felt at home.

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
