This is a place to recommend to anybody who needs a central location in Berlin, with huge rooms/appartments and a top service quality.
The hotel is located on the famous Ku'dam with anything you need around it (from restaurants to smalll supermarkets to luxury shopping ...).
We travelled with our 2 French Bulldogs and they were soooo welcome, very rare in the world we're living in! Thank you also for the possibility to have a private and closed car park (even if a bit narrow but we did it!).
We'll definitively come back for a thrid time!
The service was excellent as always and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.
The peace and comfort with which you can have breakfast in the inner courtyard in the warmer months is particularly noteworthy. Considering the location in the middle of the Ku'damm, it's simply great.
We would love to come back.

I booked the room using Travelocity and essentially chose it because of the many positive reviews. I wanted to stay close to shops and restaurants because I knew my time would be limited due to many business meetings and conference calls. My first choice was a business friendly hotel a bit further down the road, but I'm glad I chose Louisa's Hotel
This property is on the Kurfürstendamm which is the main 'touristy' strip in Berlin, Germany.
Upon booking the room, I received an email from the staff asking if there was anything I needed to have before I arrived?! This was curious. In all my business travel, I have yet to have the hotel staff reach out and ask for what I needed BEFORE I got there.
I filled out the form and emailed it back. I asked for grapes, orange juice and a room further away from noise and smoking areas because of the conference calls I would need to make to the U.S.
They happily complied and I was given a room which I believe is called a "Deluxe Suite". It was beautiful and spacious. And here's the kicker: It had a full working kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge , pots and pans. It was essentially an apartment. I've visited hotels before in Germany and have yet to see such much value in a similarly priced room. The fresh grapes were on the table and 3 bottles of orange juice were in the fridge. Wonderful!
I have extended family over there and the hotel keeps its doors locked, so I simply called down to reception and let them know some family or business associates would be arriving. They told me that were greeted professionally and directed to my room. Upon subsequent visits, they remembered my family and associates names and let them straight in. Its small things like this that made my stay more pleasurable.
One family member had a small dog and I called the desk to ask if that was allowed. They said "of course". I stepped out for bit and came back to the room. When I walked in , the staff has left a small dog food bowl and water dish on the floor. Again, the attention to detail was very much appreciated.
If you're visiting Berlin on business or pleasure, stay at Hotel Louisa. No need to rent a car or chose any other hotel. All trains and buses are right outside the door near Adenaurplatz (sp). There'
The location is very good the wellness possibility is also more than fine a bit small, but when it’s empty is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were also very large but not the price worth you paid otherwise as already described
The hotel is located perfectly: close to the underground for access to the sights; close to the autobahn for easy access by car; close to lots of restaurants of different tastes and purse, and various shops.
The staff spoke excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble.
Just 2 minor negatives. The car park was very tight, and, for the price, the room was sparsely 'equipped', ie no bottled water or gratuities supplied. There was a bottle of wine but at a cost.
We have stayed in similar places and always have free bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit, and, for the price, minibar, especially for the grand suite.
The breakfast buffet has a great selection and I liked esp the prefilled small glasses of salads and desserts which make the food look nice and avoid waste. Everything was delicious and the coffee was great too.
We are looking forward to our next stay at Louisas.
The hote staff was knowledgeable and helpful as this was our first trip to Berlin.
The location is fantastic, right on the Kurfürstendamm. We're not very sensitive to noise, not even our dwarf. I never felt like it was "loud" even on the balcony.
On the website you can get an overview of the rooms. We have decided on a Grand Suite. The pictures on the homepage do not promise too much! Our room was great and improbably lovingly decorated. The interior style is of course a matter of taste. If you want it ultra-modern and classically clean, you probably won’t book there.
The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout, from reception to breakfast.
The breakfast itself left nothing to be desired.
In hindsight, I regret a bit that we didn't book a few days longer. But one more reason to come back absolutely!
Louisa's Place has managed to create a family- and pet-friendly home without sacrificing even the slightest luxury. Thanks for that!:)
