Came to Berlin which I love - the hotel was as well presented as expected and the staff very helpful. But you do expect to be spoilt a little! Wifi was free in the lounge but not in the rooms? Why??? Also the toiletries were...More

This was a really top notch hotel to stay in. We had a few issues with the hire car (hubby crashed it) on the way so we were quite stressed when we arrived. It was such a comfort that they were so welcoming. We came...More
Where should I begin? As a Ritz Gold member, I have stayed now in all the Ritz Carlton's in Europe and unfortunately, this was a bit of a disappointment. After having stayed in the Ritz in Vienna the weekend before and the Dorchester in London...More
Really luxurious hotel - wide breakfast spread, good in room dining and great rooms. The cheeseburger in the in room dining was great! The staff was very friendly and welcoming - right from the doorman to the in-room service attendants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This is a lovely hotel that feels elegant and luxurious, but not over-the-top. The service was great - the doormen were always smiling and offering recommendations and check in was seamless. We also really enjoyed the bar in the lobby with an extensive cocktail menu...More
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
When I was there it was Valet daily rates. I forget the rates now though (sorry) but it is Berlin not NYC so take that for what it is worth. Thought it was posted, a call to them will surely suffice.
