We have stayed at this hotel six times and have always received a warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, light and airy. They are very well kept and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style and of a high quality.

Pretty much on-the-point service wit highest accuracy by reception (check-in, taxi) bar and everyone else involved at MERCURE Tempelhof, knowing that almost all ACCOR Hotels are quite good in this, but this was exceptional. Thumbs up!

Staying in Berlin to visit my daughter and stayed here as close to where she's staying Its not a great location but it's reasonably priced and a perfectly adequate clean hotel but OMG the beds are rocks! Back home now and still seriously suffering with my back.

We came to Berlin for a wedding, first city break with our one-year-old and first time we stayed in a hotel. When we arrived there was a little bath duck toy awaiting our daughter! We stayed in a family room which had lots of space and a cot was made available at no cost. The hotel can arrange for a...

My boyfriend and I thought the hotel was lovely. Our room was spotless every day, the staff were always so friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel is extremely close to the U Bahn and basically connected to a Kaisers which was very handy. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be a pool! Thanks...

A 4 stars hotel with - nothing in your mini bar - a bottle of water at 3,90 Euros when you arrive in the room (they could offer it as the mini bar is empty ) - cheap Mercure hotel samples in the bathroom - a tired decoration without "luxury " touch - a staff who is cold and unable...

The room exceeded my expectations as I only paid £33 a night (obviously a special deal). The bed was the biggest one I've ever slept in (and all to myself!). I opened what I thought was a wardrobe and it was a mini kitchen with an oven, hob and fridge! The breakfast was lovely and you can eat as much...

Staying in Neukolln

Neighbourhood Profile
Neukolln
No Berlin neighbourhood is more popular with the young and jet-set crowd than the old worker's district of Neukölln. With so many Turkish settled here, the area became known as “Little Istanbul“. Today the percentage of foreigners is still high and visitors still frequent the Turkish shisha bars. In the daytime, they also visit the designer shops and sit by the canal in one of the street cafés up and down Westerstrasse or at Maybachufer, having a beer and waving to the sightseeing boats as they float by. But at night, Neukölln is dominated by increasingly young, alternative, and international crowds. This is particularly evident in the northern section of the district where there are many bars, funky clubs, galleries and restaurants. There, the night never seems to end.

“When I arrived at my room late in the evening, the bottle of mineral water set out on a tray was a welcome site. It was only on the third night that I noticed tiny writing of E3.90 next to the big writing "Refresh Yourself". This is such a mean stingy little gesture for an otherwise good quality hotel ”
