We arrived in Berlin on a Saturday morning , went to our hotel and were told that there were no reservations for us ! After phoning our travel agent back home , we were told to come to the Belmondo - I am glad we...More
Very easy to get to from the airport. Bus stops right out front. No lift at the entrance, stairs to reception. First room they gave us was tiny, it had one single bed and one foldup bed that looked like a child's bed. We had...More
This hotel would be great if it was <70 outside. Amenities were fine and hotel was well accoutured and located very close to the U-Bahn...wonderful location and well priced, but dangit all, if it's hot outside you're pretty much hosed.
OTHERWISE - great property.

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.

Hello good afternoon,
thanks for your inquiry, the best way to get from Schoenefeld Airport to our hotel is with Regional Train RE7 or RB14, just take the one that comes first, they usually go every 30 minutes and step out on "Zoologischer Garten", the hotel will be around 5 minutes within walking distance, the ride itself will take around 40 minutes, but its without changing.
Hope this has answered your question.
Have a nice time until then.
