From Tegel Airport get bus 109 to Kurfürstendamm then it is a 5 minute walk.
Meineke Strasse is off the Kurfürstendamm there is a Hard Rock Cafe on the cornet
Alternatively get Ubahn to Kurfürstendamm & walk
