We have just returned from a great stay in Stephan's newest loft conversion. All mod. cons with plenty of room, 2 modern bathrooms and a well fitted kitchen/dining area and an outside sitting area. Even supplied a laptop. Very convenient for the centre of town with a bus stop a short distance away with regular buses to the Central Railway...

Our family party of nine, three generations, just enjoyed an excellent long weekend in the Mirror Apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped for our every need. Our luggage was delayed in Dusseldorf by the airline, but Berlin Lofts helpfully accepted delivery to their office and then delivered it to the apartment. There are numerous good restaurants and food...

I have been there in March for 9days, we were in three person(one toddler) and the owners gave us all what we needed for a pleasant stay and for our little son. All was very clean and with a modern design. We suggest it for long or short vacancies in Berlin. We want to thank Frau Inge and Mr Stephan...

Just returned from a week's stay in the Attic loft at Berlin Lofts, where we had a great time. The apartment is as large and beautiful as the photos show, with two excellent double bedrooms and a huge bathroom (with a fabulously large bath). The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works, The building stands in a courtyard surrounded by other...

We stayed for four nights in September 2015 for the Berlin Marathon weekend. This property is a perfect location for the Marathon events, only 30 minutes gentle walk away. The area is quiet and feels safe, and there are plenty of grocers, restaurants, and coffee shops for all your needs. We stayed in 'Westhafen' which is a spacious studio. The...

A lovely spacious loft apartment in Stephanstrasse. Very well equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable living accommodation. It is ideally located for seeing this beautiful city. There is free wifi and the use of a chrome book. The owners are extremely pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

This was a great find! Totally efficient apartments (a la Ikea) that were clean, comfortable, and had a real bathroom. Everything about the place was great! It is a bit off the beaten path, but transportation is nearby. EZ walk to the U-bahn, and the neighborhood - like Berlin in general - is safe. It was only a 15 Euro...

Staying for a whole week at Stephan's apartments was an awesome experience by itself:))) Every year in February my husband and I bring a large group of our students to different cities in Europe to experience the culture, the food, the museums and the architecture of the European cities. So choosing the right accommodation for 20 people is always a...

I stayed in BerlinLofts Mirror apartment with members of my family and friends when visiting Berlin for my uncle's birthday. On entering the apartment I was immediately struck by how big, clean and well furnished it was. The furniture and fittings including the two bathrooms were of very high quality and the host had also laid on a cot and...

Excellent Acommodation! We were the first ones to stay in the newly constructed apartment. The location was very good, only 2-3 bus stops away from the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn transportation systems. Although we didn't - I would recommend renting a bike which Stephan also offers for a fair price, and riding to the nearest train stations, thus saving some...

Staying in Moabit

Neighbourhood Profile
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighbourhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city centre are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighbourhood in the city.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We have fun renovating lofts in old company buildings. We like to do the details of furnishing and to play around with different materials and objects. This hobby grew over time to a small business. Our concept is to create spacious lofts which are reasonable priced and to offer these loft in a simple and convenient way. We support families. Children under 14 are not counted as extra guests and pay not additional fees.Because all our apartments are in quiet court yard and adjacent apartment houses, we do not allow parties or loud music. ... more   less
