Great hotel, with great facilities. Staff all very friendly with good communication skills. We were only B&B so didn't eat dinner in the hotel but breakfast was very yummy with lots of choice. Would recommend.

I stayed in this hotel for one night on a recent business trip to Berlin. The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable with a good free Wi-Fi connection. The evening meal I had was good. I would happily stay there again.

This is a nice hotel in a fantastic area of Berlin just a stones throw from Alexanderplatz station. It's easy to see the main sites and get around Berlin by foot or train from here. Rooms are relatively small, basic and modern but sufficient. I didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment. All in all a great location,... More

This s hotel is ver well located, a few minutes walk from train station, underground and buses. A modern hotel well maintained clean and very comfortable. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Nice bar and restaurant with good food. A nice touch was a note on the bathroom mirror giving us a free drink at the bar. Would stay here again

Stayed here for a weekend with friends in September 2016, rooms were contemporary, modern clean and bright, comfortable beds. Very good (for mainland Europe) buffet breakfast , staff very helpful too. We hired bicycles from the hotel, available at €6 for half day or €12 for full day. Great way to see the city. Nice place. Would stay here again

Arrived at the Ramada Hotel in Berlin, we are visiting our Grandson who is studying at Berlin University. First impressions of the Hotel are good, we arrived early but our room was ready so we could check in. We had been travelling since 3 am so needed to rest the weary bones. Comfortable clean room but no tea or coffee... More

We spent 5 nights in the Ramada Alexanderplatz in September. The hotel was very comfortable, with clean, modern bedrooms and a good bathroom. The room was really quiet, despite its location on a busy road. The hotel is about 7 minutes walk about from Alexanderplatz station, which is a big hub for public transport, enabling ready transport across Berlin. A... More

Rooms are equipped to a high standard. The staff are always helpful and polite. Breakfast is plentiful and varied to accommodate all tastes. Evening service in restaurant is sometimes slow! Possibly due to lack of staff? But the food is good. Easy access to tram, bus, and U and S train services.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
