I just came back from a week's stay in Berlin for a Summer Academy. The Hotel Grenzfall was certainly a lucky strike (Gluecksfall). I was accommodated in a double room (for single use) which was modern, functional and spacious. I found ample space to put clothing for one week. A desk made comfortable studying and working possible. Breakfast and lunch...

The hotel equipped with standard equipment for a small workshop. Nice garden and fresh air. Room is OK with minimum standard. Close enough to a mini market but far enough to grab meal outside the hotel. In general it is still OK

We lucked into a last minute reservation here, near Berlin Wall Memorial, an attraction we wanted to take in. Room was comfortable and spacious. If you need an internet connection for more than one device, ask. We didn't and had to take turns using the wifi. Attractive garden in the back. We slept with the window open and enjoyed the...

The hotel would not impress with decor - but I like it has a policy of inclusion and has staff with disabilities. One minus is that the restaurant is closed on Sunday night and the closest place one could get something to eat is about 20 min walking distance - other than that, the hotel is clean and simple.

This hotel is situated close to the Berlin wall, located in a residential area. Rooms are simply decorated, and mine overlooked the garden. A well stock buffet breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The staff were really friendly here, and the hotel was situated in a quiet area, but still pretty close to everything. The Berlin Wall museum and Nordbahnhof (underground station at the S-bahn) were close by, and that made it very easy to get around to pretty much everything. The rooms were basic, not fancy, but they were clean, spacious and...

If you are looking for a small hotel in a quiet area that offers an excellent level of service from it's staff then this is the one for you. The rooms are modern with wet room style shower and toilet. The only down side is the evening menu which is small and of course the lack of Tea and Coffee...

This hotel appeared to be miles from anywhere when we arrived at night but really it is close to everything. We had no trouble getting around. The room itself was very basic but had everything we needed, it was in a quiet location and so close to a part of "the wall" that we found ourselves going back and back...

The hotel is really nice, well situated, clean, brand new, quiet, with a berlin wall memorial just round the corner and very kind employees. I was thoroughly disappointed by the fact that the only reason I booked the hotel was that they stated they had tempur beds in all their rooms and what I found was the cheapest mattress I've...
