My boyfriend and I have stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to Berlin. The location is great- an extremely short train journey to the city centre, many places to eat around the hostel as well. The airport (Schoenefeld) can be reached in less...More
Nice place, cool people, thanks for all, tiny street hard to find.
Close to markets, close to cultural places and stations.
Cozy place nice shower, gentle people, music and all.
What else, you feel at home.
Very friendly. Close to bars and restaurants. Hostel was clean and quiet. Even free tea, coffee and breakfast.
A ten mintute train ride into the centre of Berlin.
Nothing too much trouble for the staff.

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
