Gives you a feeling of going back in time. Hotel is walking distance from the bus station and is within the center. The hotel definitely adds to the medieval feel of the town. It has maintained its charm despite some 'modernization.' It has an elevator. Nice staff; speaks English. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Would not hesitate to go back.

We booked the room at this hotel because it was the only high rated option on the booking.com. And we were not disappointed. Very good hotel with the windows facing Cathedral. Very good restaurant with the flammenkuche. Sleep quality can be better, but it is only because of the Cathedral bells which is so romantic!

I arrived in Rothenburg by rental car, the streets are a bit small as are a lot of streets in Europe, I was travelling alone and had a GPS in the car and it had got me near to the hotel and I found a parking lot, parked and went to find hotel, it was close by and I had...

Outstanding location for Rothenburg, you are in the middle of everything here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with the old world you are looking for in a medieval city. If you are looking for romance and a beautiful historic place to stay, this is a great option. The restaurant is great and they have on weekends late night entertainment...

A pleasant, well maintained old hotel with comfortable rooms. The rooms are split over two sections about 50m apart. Staff seemed OK but didn't go out of their way to be helpful, a little dour in fact, and quite inflexible when it came to ordering in the restaurant. The food was filling and tasty, although certainly not adventurous or 3...

Quirky hotel and cute as anything. Staff really helpful. My sister and I enjoyed the. Charm of the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great. Would definitely stay again. Avoid the Chinese restuarant at the hotel behind this one-very dodgy

Lovely hotel with comfortable beds, very clean located in the heart of Rothenburg old town. You can hear the church bells ringing which added so much charm. The breakfast was excellent consisting of buffet style, eggs, pancakes, yogurts, cereal, meats, cheese, rolls, coffee, tea and delicious cakes. They also have a bar located on other side of hotel that serves...

We had a very nice stay in this character hotel. Great location in the heart of Rothenburg old town. Our room was very comfortable and the four poster bed was very comfortable. The only thing I wanted for was tea and coffee in the room but compared to the comfort and lovely staff was a minor issue.

Very nice hotel reflecting atmosphere of the town. Rooms are quite small, but clean and sunny. Prices are ok, adequant to the quality and service. Stuff is generous, smiling and helpful. We stayed one night only but we will definitely come back.
