The beds are super comfy and the rooms are big. The bathrooms are thoroughly modern — we had a huge walk in shower room and a separate deep soaking bathtub.
The rooms are spotless. And I mean spotless.
Breakfast is delicious. They will cook eggs to order.
There is no elevator due to the historic arches in the cellar FYI. If we return to Rothenburg we will definitely stay here :)

There were four bedrooms and three baths., all filled with antiques. All were very nice but I especially liked what what had to be the master bedroom on the third floor.
We even had a kitchen, washer and dryer and our own walled in garden!
Breakfast wasn't included with our apartment but for 10 Euros we included it so we wouldn't have to cook.
Very near the old castle grounds, the walking trail through the valley and Town Walls.
I highly recommend this place

This is a very charming small hotel run by very helpful people who take a great care of the guests as well as the hotel. Our room (on the groundfloor) was really lovely and big including the bathroom. The only tiny drawback was that when we were booking it, it stated it had a terrace which turned out to be a common terrace that anyone could use. Not many people did as we had direct access from the room. No big deal but it would be good to know.
A clever idea for the parking as the hotel has a barn a few steps away where we could safely park two cars.
Can only recommend!
