A lovely place to stay. Although on the main street it was very quiet. Wonderful hosts and a breakfast that far exceeded the toast and jam in most other places. Very clean and spacious rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was very cute. More like a bed and breakfast, I enjoyed my stay! Breakfast in the morning was very good. The only part that was unpleasant was that rooms did not have air conditioning. Luckily it was a cool night, and windows let in a nice breeze. There is also no elevator so suitcases had to be...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It could definitely use some updating, but very quaint and had a warm feeling. There is no elevator so be prepared to drag your luggage up stairs even being on the first floor. The main level, is reception and the dining area. The hotel had all the amenities necessary and the staff were...

Lovely staff and dog and great location. Nice close walk to the main square but still nice and quiet. Basic breakfast. Cold shower and no pressure. No lift and tight stairs to lug luggage up. Our key to our room was the same for the front door so you could get into any room. And when returning from our night...

The hotel is convenient to the town, it's inside the walls, but not right in the centre, so ideal for tourism yet quiet. Friendly and helpful owner who sells you the parkng ticket necessary each day to park on the street.

We booked this hotel not knowing we would be inside the walls of the Fortress of Rothenburg. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly and able to answer our questions and provide information to us. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This hotel is a very nice walking distance of everything inside...

Small hotel only a few minutes walk from the heart of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable - double bed and small desk. Nicely equipped on-suite with plenty of room. Very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. Would happily return to this hotel on another trip to this excellent city.

We stayed there one night on a way from Frankfurt to Munich. There are just a few small rooms in this hotel, but it's very charming, clean and comfortable. The view is nice and it is 4-5 min pleasant walk to the town square. Breakfast was included in our stay, and was a good selection of breads/pastries, fruits and vegetables,...

“If you must stay don't get the rooms in the backyard, and book direct, When reception was asked they inferred that other bookings (like ours) are given low priority or bookings canceled if a better booking comes in. It did not matter that it was booked 2 months prior. There is much better value uptown.”
