We spent one night with a couple of friends in the ground floor 2 bed apartment which was basic but roomy and beds were very comfortable. We had a nice seating area and kitchenette and shared bathroom. All very clean although there was a rather unpleasant smell in the hallway near our rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and... The hotel is situated along the direct road to Fuessen which makes easy access to that city and the wonderful castle closeby. Although the road is near, there is low noise level inside the rooms. Check in is easy and prices very modest for such a good location. The lake view (Weissensee) from the hotel rooms is an additional attraction!

We had dinner here one evening while staying three nights at a nearby pension. My wife said her roast pork was very good and my fish dish was served on a hotplate with four fillets in a delicious creamy sauce with a salad on the side. I thought the Italian pinot grigio was excellent value and on the palate complemented... More

we stayed four nights in a room with the lake view, and the view is to die for!!! The balcony is shared, so no privacy there but didn't stop us sitting out there for the whole evening just looking out. The room is basic for 100 euro a night. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant has lake view... More

Just about everything was great! The food in the restaurant was delicious. Especially the steak and the french onion soup. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They set up a little table just for us every morning in the corner to use the wi-fi. Our room had a great view. The beds were comfortable. The room was fairly... More

Good place to stay: hotel is located just few kilometers away from Fussen and the Castles on the shore of lake. There is a few restaurants in 10 mins walking which works till 10 pm. There is actually no internet in the hotel - don't believe advertisement. Rooms are big and clean with shared balcony, but forget about lake view... More

Hotel in a wonderful location, along the shore of a picturesque lake. Rooms are maybe a bit neglected, with moquette and wood all around, you can fell a little smell of humidity (this could depend on the location). Superior rooms are very large and they lead directly into the garden from where you can easily reach the lake. Bathroom is... More
