A fairly modern and centrally placed hotel in Augsburg. Nothing extraordinary, but it does have all you need for an overnight stay. Clean rooms and with a friendly service. Nearby parking facility. Happy to stay here next time in Augsburg.

We visited this place during a trip around Germany. From Switzerland to Flensburg and from Bremen to the Eastern Border. The Hotel ist not bad. The room was not big but also not too small. The bath was tiny. Not very stylish but everything was working. Basically a fair 3-Star Hotel. However, we paid a price which is on the level of a 4 star rating.

Amazing room, which I'm pretty sure was upgraded (it was MUCH bigger than expected). Breakfast was really nice and the location was ideal for seeing the city, especially the main square and cathedral. Parking in nearby garages was easy. I was double billed and had no difficulty getting this fixed.

We had a large room for our 3 night stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, there was a building site on the opposite side of the road to the hotel and it was rather noisy from about 7am on weekdays. Our bedroom was somewhat sparsely furnished with a large sitting area with lots of floor space and one small sofa. The lighting for this area did not work initially, so we were supplied with a standard light, but after the lighting was fixed, this lamp was removed and this meant the room was somewhat dark. The breakfast room is on the first floor and accessed by either a flight of steps or a very steep ramp. I am unsure how accessible it would be for a wheelchair user. The breakfast buffet was very good - and regularly replenished. Although the hotel is located a little way from the rail station (which is itself undergoing some modernisation), it is very conveniently located for the main pedestrian area and tourist attractions. Visitors should note there is no food service other than breakfast in this hotel. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on this trip and we thought we were treating ourselves to a touch of luxury, but this was definitely not the case!
