We stayed there for a couple of night in the girls dorm. The space was nice with a big closet to put your stuff organized. We had the bad luck to have a horrible woman on the room who made our night a hell. Because of her horrible rude behavior. Despite of that the rooms are ok. Bathroom are not completely clean but clean enough for an hostel. There is not common area open at the night ( after 9pm) And if it’s open you need to go trough the street. It means that if you have a call or you need some time for comfortable working on your laptop or reading. You can’t. Or you can bothering your roommates. We didn’t have breakfast. Because it was overpriced. So much that the check in girl suggest us to go to the backerei in front! This place is good for a cheap quick stay. As we were. But not for something long or comfortable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location. Nice facilities, hot shower and good secure lockers. Diligent housekeeping staff, also very friendly. WiFi was generally reliable and excellent during my 7-night stay from both the dorm, but it did go kaput a couple times, so best to complete all time-sensitive online tasks before arriving at Übernacht Augsburg. Recommended improvement: Hostel and Housekeeping Staff should always knock before entering a dorm room, and please do NOT have housekeeping staff clean the dorm rooms as early as 08:30 when we peeps who have not departed Übernacht are still in our beds in those rooms. Thanks.

We stayed in an apartment for a family of 4; there was a lot of space, and the kitchen was very well equipped, it was easy to self cater. The beds were comfortable and the decoration simple and pleasant. The lady on reception was lovely and shop/bar/breakfast looked cosy, though we didn't use them. The only downside was noise from the road.We would recommend this to families, it is good value.

We Stayed in this hostel for almost more than 20 days. Slightly overpriced may be because of the location as it is located very close to the city town hall and walkable distance from the Dom tram station. Apartment no 6, 4, 5 and 9 offer a Great city view and apartment 4offers a terrace with a great view of the city. Apartment 3offers the view only of the backyards of the neighbouring buildings. Which was sometimes quite boring. Kitchen of All the apartments were very well equipped with all your daily needs. One thing that I didn't like was that there was no intercoms in the apartments to the reception. So everytime you need something you have to call them from your Mobile or you have to go down to the reception. But altogether it was a good experience.

Right in the heart of Augsburg, perfect location. First time we stayed in a hostel but as we chose a room with our own bathroom everything was fine. Clean, big, good beds. You need to make your bed yourself, though!

Dear Ulyssam, we are thankful for your booking at our Übernacht and your rating afterwards. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and that everything was to your satisfaction. Also that you have benefited from our central postion in the middle of Augsburg is nice. Normally our cleaning staff should make your bed every day. We are sorry if this was not the case and will talk to them once more. Next time when you come to Augsburg, we would be glad to welcome you soon again here with us. Kind regards, your team Übernacht
