The hotel is at the top of 2 long flights of stairs (no elevator) , but it is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and appeared newly renovated. The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. The breakfast was tasty and generous. A casino was on the first floor of the...

Stayed here for 2 nights in March 2015. The location is perfect-about 3 minutes from the train station, on the outskirts of the old town. The rooms are modern, clean and fairly large by European standards-and the bathrooms are very modern, bright and clean, with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. The breakfast is truly amazing, and yes you are...

On arrival we knew that there were stairs... but there are two flights before you get to the hotel and then there is another flight within the hotel (depending on where your room is). That's fine if you are from Europe and are travelling as couple. Try coming from Australia (read - "Massive suitcases") and two kids (with a pram!)....

Very good value. The staff are super friendly and super helpful. Nothing seems to be too much for them, and they do everything with a smile and an open heart. The rooms are nice. Breakfast was AMAZING! That alone is worth the stay. The only downside was we were given a room facing the street. It was one in the...

We spent two nights in Hotel Keiml. It is on the 2nd floor, up two flights of stairs. In Germany, the ground floor is just that. The next floor up is the first floor. There is no elevator, but the staff was very diligent and hauled our luggage up what turned out to be 3 flights of stairs. The hotel...

We stayed 2 nights in #21, and grew more and more impressed as our stay went on. The way the ladies who run this place operate a hotel is with boundless energy and a servant's heart. We love to spend our travel dollars in an efficient (nee cheap) of a way as possible when it comes to lodging as we...

The only thing was that it had no elevator and we had to carry our bags to second and third floors... I would surely recommend it and wld definitely stay there...

Don't let the fact the this hotel is above a casino and up two flights of stairs deter you. This place is a gem! Frau Keiml and her staff are warm and wonderful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, close to the train station, and serves the best breakfast ever!

This hotel is a secret gem. Located 5 walking minutes from the main station in the old part of town in a street that caters to the late night clients. You enter the hotel through an alley that leads to a casino and then you will have to climb up two flights of stairs. But once you made it up...

I stayed here for 1 night just reccently with my mum and my aunty. Walking from Nürmberg Hauptbahnhof to the hotel we got a bit concerned when we entered the street this hotel is on due to the amount of strip clubs and sex shops surrounding it. Once we walked up the stairs to the first floor where we saw...
