Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed our three day stay. Front desk staff were tops, rooms clean, mattresses very comfortable. There was a wonderful Greek restaurant on the street behind the hotel that provided great cooking St good prices. The hotel was quiet, with good parking in the underground parking garage,. The buffet breakfasts were copious and good. The only reason for not giving this hotel top stars:. Our suitcases were opened in our absence. Nothing worth taking, so nothing was missing, but a note of caution to fellow travelers. We were also charged for a day of breakfasts that we did not take. Probably an honest mistake, but do examine your bill when paying up.

Pros: Very Helpful hosts, neat and clean place, basic amenities available, connection to city center is good, but it takes time to get there Cons: Priced high in relation to facilities available, location is far away from the city center, takes a lot of time by train or bus and is expensive to travel by taxi to/from the hotel to other places of interest, Breakfast spread is limited

Stayed 4 nights due to the exhibition TheSmarterE 19/06-23/06/2018.Unreasonably high prices during great events in Munich (like TheSmarterE), 4 nights price in a small room is 1080 euro with 3 breakfasts. What would be the regular price, I wonder? What is very nice about this hotel is a beautiful tiny park across the road. The Metro station Haras is 10min on foot and the bus stop 54 is just 5min away. Also there is a railway station S just 5min on foot. WiFi works well any floor. Breakfast is 8 euro (good enough). I personally had a room with a nice view on the church nearby. Liked the view)

Nice hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to transport and has a restaurant. Very handy for us since the location is between the city centre and the October Fest Venue which was on top of our itinerary. Very warm and welcoming staff. The only problem we encountered was the lift not working. Since we only have small cases, it wasn't a big deal for us. Our room was spacious.

The location is in a quiet residence area and very close from the station in the front of the park. The reception lady is kindly and have a nice Italian restaurant. The only disappointed was the don't have a Lundy service.

I had a block of three rooms booked for two nights during Oktoberfest for my family to come into town. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and we could no longer make the trip. I cancelled the rooms 23 days in advance of the reservation, naively believing that it was a normal policy. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that I had been charged full price for all reservations. I apparently had not noticed that they had what in my opinion is a very unfair policy of ONE MONTH. While I understand this is a busy time for them, I don't believe that one month is a fair policy for the consumer, even if it was published at the time. I don't book non-refundable rooms for times just like these...and it still backfired on me. I have tried to reason with the hotel via phone, and was instructed to send an email but have never heard back. Buyer Beware.

Decent room, location NIce rooms, a decent location. However, after I checked out and paid they still kept a block on the full amount for 10 DAYS after the end of my stay, putting me into my overdraft. When I contacted them 3 days after I checked out, they said it would take a minimum of 5 days to be cancelled! I've never experienced this in my years holidaying abroad. They have essentially charged me twice and put me in financial hardship. I would strongly recommend against staying in this hotel; their payment policies are clearly unreasonable.

It was a good hotel but it looked old more like a suburban corner hotel. The location was not very far from the main city but the area is a bit deserted in the night. The receptionist in the evening is very kind and nice, big green territory around, park, subway station nearby. Room was not big, but clean and comfortable.
