Hotel is in a good location and easy to get to train station and the tours. In the middle of a heat wave though, no air conditioning!
Common for the area, so you may need to research to find one that does have A/C.
Small rooms, clean, small bath (a shower like a triangle of 2 feet sides), none of the major TV channels broadcast other than German, no ironing board, no air-conditioning in basic rooms, no electric kettle as a standard (I had to ask for it) and...More
The hotel is in a great location. Only a couple of blocks from the train station and therefore also the starting point for the city sightseeing buses. There's also a couple of museums in the other direction. It might be too great of a location...More

Hotel was comfortable with beverages...More
Its a so-so experience....hotel was conveniently located but on a very rainy, snowy and damp weather at the time of my visit, it did not prove to be convenient at all as I have to use taxis to and from my conference....overall expensive.

Be careful with this place. Very inflexible and actually hostile towards any cancellation or change. Do not book here with a third party website unless there is absolutely no way you are not going to cancel or change (even by one day). Had a bad experience where my flight had to change and they would not change a reservation by one day without a massive charge. They had plenty of rooms and were advertising the regular price, but wouldnt budge. Have you looked at the IBIS Arnulf park? A few blocks further up Arnulfstrase but right on tram line, and its brand new.
