All I can say „perfect place in Munich“. Walking distance to the Main Train station and downtown area. We stayed 2 nights and the room was clean and breakfast really good. Not a huge buffet, but everything you need.

Non-smoking hotel. Rooms were reasonably sized. The hotel was clean. They had a decent selection of beer and wine in the lobby for purchase. It was very close to the train station. Probably what put this over the 3 line to a 4 line was the breakfast, which was definitely

This hotel is in a very good location, close to everything, even Munich hbf is a 5 minute walk. Tram stops are also in front of the hotel. Staff are awesome! Very professional and very helpful. I extended 2 more days because they made it worth it.

We stayed at the Augusten for 4 nights this October. Our room was clean, comfortable bed but extremely small with no closet. We were on the 5th floor with odd windows that started about 4 feet from canted ceiling and went to floor with view (and noise) from street. I don't

Be careful with this place. Very inflexible and actually hostile towards any cancellation or change. Do not book here with a third party website unless there is absolutely no way you are not going to cancel or change (even by one day). Had a bad experience where my flight had to change and they would not change a reservation by one day without a massive charge. They had plenty of rooms and were advertising the regular price, but wouldnt budge. Have you looked at the IBIS Arnulf park? A few blocks further up Arnulfstrase but right on tram line, and its brand new.

Sorry, I cannot answer this question. Please ask the hotel-manager.

What are the options for parking a rental car? Extra charge?
They do have a small parking garage for 15 euros per night, but it is a tight squeeze to get wider cars (e.g. SUVs - such as a BMW X5 or a VW Toureg) into the doors of the single-car elevator. Both of the previously mentioned SUVs will fit in by “folding” the side mirrors, but any car wider than these would probably not fit. If I recall correctly, the garage has space for about 8-10 cars, so if you go during a busy time (e.g. summer months, Oktoberfest, etc.) they may not have space for you.
