Hotel and food was good. Room was a little warm, I couldn't get the A/C to cool the room down. The bartender (Mona) was great, really funny. Definitely would stay and have some drinks at the bar again. Hopefully Mona is there.

Lovely clean big hotel, staff very courteous, food great, location good, 5 minutes to station and 4 stops from centre. shops and restaurants all within walking distance. 10/10 for customer service, would recommend.

The concierge took care of us!!! Anything we questioned they assisted.... The bartender started with us an told us jokes!!! We love her.... Thank u Mona!!!! The Mona Lisa was delicious.... And the ducks!!!! They always worth it
